Some snatchers were in the base, and I had flipped the lever for the entrance bridge-lock, and as a result, the dwarf chasing got crushed by the raising bridge. On the plus side, I now had 3 goblins stuck in a closed off hallway, and i could position dwarves on both sides to slaughter them when it was opened. Unfortunately, there were two goblin squads waiting in ambush outside when I tore down the wall around my aboveground farm, providing an poening into the heart of my fort.

. . . im not sure if this is because they are both on A floor with magma sea(and above it too) but there where no melting issues before i flooded that room.

Perhaps the magma is heating up the water to the point where it cooks their skin off?

DF Bug Reports / [0.31.01] Iron men leave odd statues.

During arena testing (Iron man vs. Bronze Colossus), the dead iron man left behind a statue of the bronze colossus that killed him. Another left a statue of a bear. Since the statues are supposed to be the corpses of the iron men, they should each depict an iron man with the appropriate bits lopped off.

Okay, modding did nothing. How can I mod gold to be used in any kind of metal object? I really want my dwarves to be garbed entirely in gold clothes! The traders will be blinded by my yellow!

Did you make sure to mod the raws in the region folder?

They're body type is QUADRUPED, so they have four legs instead of arms.  Eye teeth are a kind of teeth.

Not unless you mod humans to be the same SIZE as dwarves, and give them the [STUOT] tag (Or do the reverse with dwarves).

The same thing could be applied to dwarf traders, except that they want you to reach a certain quota of stone mined out.
Maybe humans would want constructions built above ground?

It'd help if you posted the relevant contents of your init file. Also, your not putting things in <Dwarf Fortress folder>/DFG/raw instead of <Dwarf Fortress folder>/raw, are you?

It may be due to the fact that both salmon and shad have both OCEAN and RIVER (FRESHWATER, SALTWATER, and BRACKISHWATER) biome tags. They also have a CLUSTER_NUMBER tag, which not all of the vermin fish have.

The tiles are identical (in what they represent, not literally) to Mayday's graphics set, so those raws should work correctly.

Also, the first (upper left) tile should be 100% transparent, so that the intro movie works correctly.
