Yes, why we would prioritize soil? soil is something we will be able to use in a few months, when the sun actually stays up in the sky for a significant quantity of time.
But coal? we are down to our last 4 tons, we are burning through it at an alarming rate. Despite the calls for "peninsula is so warm we will do fine with a coat", our people nee dcoal to stay alive and well, and need it now.

Tellus: Keerim, I am intrigued by your idea. Could you go more in depth? More stone should be useful to them, although perhaps we should weather this calamity first.
The locusts and the demon of famine are a great danger to Aglejo. Considering that direct undead assaults to the floating island have not happened so far, I am tempted to ask Stymphalus to deal with her, although it is risky and would make it leave its current post unattended. What is your opinion on this?
It is simple, the artifact would turn anything that touches one end of it into stone. The type of stone could be controlled by touching the active end to stone of the type you want to produce. It would probably have a size or mass limit for what it could affect at once. (could I get a cost estimate for this GM? with sample limits of 100, 1000, and 10000 kilograms.)

If the famine demon gets closer we should send Stymphalus, but right now it is 4 tiles away.

Isn't that an extraordinarily powerful and dangerous weapon? Besides, I am not sure there would be many targets, besides trees I suppose. Other than that, the pnly solid things big enough would be rocks, and Aglejo. Some restrictions may be in order.

Tellus rests

It should be pointed out that, even if in the desert the IR is less useful, the garlic is still an armoured vehicle with a quad 30 mm autocannon.

Garlic design was amended to address Sensei's post.
Namely, it wasn't clear that we would be using the cargo bay to house it all (swap 14 people carrying capacity for a radar)

Question to GM: how far can Stymphalos move in one turn?

Question to GM

Just to be sure, did Stymphalos get the transportation ability that was in its description? if so, how many people would that allow to work off tile for the Aglejo?

That will be important to determine how to best supply them with stone.

the NV garlic is taking the piracy warning sensors, and somehow turning them into night vision, turning IR into optical images. That is hard, Cannala spent more than one design getting that. Definitely out of revision scope, it would be reverse engineering.

the SPAAS just takes them as is: when a sensor receives a strong enough infrared source, it sends an electric signal. WHich is far less complex than night vision even if we didn't have the sensors already. But we do. The SPAAS doesn't use a night vision sensor, it uses an IR sensors, and there is a difference.

Putting a new turret on an existing chassis shouldn't be a significant task. Armour is largely unmodified. I would agree  that it is better to otne down turret improvement, but that is it.
Compared to that, developing night vesion should be much harder.

the bulk of the ASWANG
That's actually the lamp, ironically enough. The actual scope is much smaller.

The bulk of the Difficulty, kot. Not the bulk of the mass.

625
I don't think we need to double down on the air, we already got a great SAM.
But we have high chances of fighting in the jungle, we need to do something about night vision.

The NVD seems like it might be complex: the image converter tube is the bulk of the ASWANG, and they spent, how much? 2 designs? a design and a couple revisions? on it. We would be basically doing a full reverse engineering, and that is liable to make it very hard, complex and sub par.

The SPAAS just cobbles together stuff we already have: Salamander chassis, sewing machine and its radar, the IR sensors from the Piracy warning which we may not udnerstand well, but we can surely produce.

It will help bringing our quad autocannon around effectively, will be simple, and it will shoot down their lamps making them blind.

lets make a big barge, and pull that with rowboats.

I am not entirely sure that the steel foundry can be broken down in suitably small pieces. But no harm in trying, the ship doesn't look like it will hold for long.

UF-(fill later) - Needlestorm mobile autocannon platform

The Needlestorm uses the same chassis as the Salamander with its armour and amphibious capabilities. The passenger and cargo space however is removed to make space for a sewing machine autocannon and its related sensors. The sensors is where the main focus of the design is: First of all we streamline the production of radar in order to more easily deploy (see, decomplex) it and to fit inside a Salamander sized space. In addition to that, some IR sensors copied from inspired by the ones on the Piracy warning missile are mounted on a rotating turret and tailored to trigger on the enemy IR lamps rather than on plane heat signatures. When a contact is detected, an alarm sounds and the targeting assist system aims the gun in that direction.

Fixing the sewing machine, giving it a good carriage, decomplexing the radar and having a way to counter enemy night vision, by denial of light.

By the way, does anyone have any idea of how to save our (very) heavy equipment?

I guess that Ovechkin suffers from a lot of the players here having grievances against him and/or piratejoe from ICAR
