Ok. I am .. not new but still quite the n00b when it comes to Communtiy games. I am interested in creatign and setting up my own Community game. So I am going to tell you, I don;t know anything about doing the above. Can people please post here tips or Walkthroughs to creating a communtiy game, not just for me, but for Generations of kitten slaughterers to come.

Ok, I have recently been reading 'Going Postal' By Terry Pratchett and a amazing concept has hit my brain. What if you could send messages to the Dwarves of your civ, asking them for Reinforcements at a Seige or food at a Famine?

Also, today is the day that Barack Obama won the US election, WOO!

DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / Any one done this before?

Ok I am currently creating a large arena, but an arena with a twist. This arena will be carved out of the mountain, forming mountainous areas and a small pond at the bottom with Turtles in it. My construction was slowed down by a Tantrum Spiral, but I reclaimed and the fortress will be resuming contruction in approximatly 1 game year. I will capture anything that comes into my traps, Goblins, elves even Rhesus Macqacues and all will be at the hands of my Legendary Crowsbow dwarf. When I am complete there will be screenies!

I think in the future you should be able to make Chunks into food for Dogs and for prisoners, such as goblins. What do you guys think?

Should these be implemented. Also, imagine the mods or gamepley, you could have a giant eagle chicken coop. Or a Dragon Egg breakfast, please feel free to discuss and kill each other over the internet on this subject.

In my current fortress I have a dream. I am going to carve a Mountain Combat Training Facility out of the Mountain itself under the ground, for the training of my wrestlers and Marksdwarves. Any tips from anyone or any suggestions?

I recently had a Dragon turn up on my fortress, lukily nothing was outside and it got trapped in a cage trap. I tamed it with my Dungeon master and dumped it into my duel pit. Then i dumped a Goblin Wrestler in their and it wouldn't attack it. Not even a burst of Flame. Has this ever happened to anyone else, and would it be effective to use it as defense?

Ok i know this has nothing to do with DF but I need someone to help me. I have recently accidentaly installed Ativirus 2009. I need advice on how do uninstall it. Has any one else encountered this and can any one help me. This is about the only site I can access online and I have fear that there is only a certain amount of time before it robs me of al access to any on my computer please help.

It would be very good if you could build boats to go fishing in sea. And it would be very good if the boats would appear in Adventure mode. Such as ferries to take you across vast advances of ocean to other towns and other civs.

Or a variation and have flying Ships that have ballistas to fight with other ships.

This would include the necersary skills.
