Most of the inhabitants of the outer islands, of which there are a few hundred agree to this still of living, it isn't much different from how they live now, they will work together and ,hey, no taxes. On some islands, notably Wyre, any evidence of Christianity is swept away and older, norse-r, things begin to occur. After a messenger is sent from the larger islands, who are Ok with the liberation of the outer Islands, that a phone call is waiting for them, Gibra sends a trained dove to London stating that nobody should try to contact the Outer Orkneys and that they just want to be left alone, to live peaceful lives.

New State formed: The Free and Peaceful islands of the Outer Orkneys (not UN recognised)

Fniff, where are you getting a bomb from?

The Real Labour Party offers a free eBook competition and puts up posters all over the North East, in this new and luxury starved wilderness, not many people have eBooks and the workers are starting to doubt you stand for the people

RLP ( - 10 public opinion )

The Liberators have sent their leader into hiding in France and make another speech, this time hiding the leader's identity.

Doctor, Where are you getting these facilities from?

The Liberators also hijack the Air Waves, this time preaching Global revolution. In doing this without concealing your identity, you have broken two laws, Preaching Revolution and hacking television signals. Therefore your leader has to now go into hiding.

Some more intelligent of London's inhabitants begone to arrive at the location, having seen the message and understood it. Some are convinced into becoming members of the Signal.

The conversionalist have held a speech in Glasgow rallying the public. The unemployed and hungry listen the hardest, clinging to any hope. You have gained the support of more people.

The Righteous forces gather together underneath the pure white flag. The public are blasted with Nationalist propaganda, some listeners are outraged, others agree and proudly sign up under the White Banner

The signal hacks the TV signal and displays their speech. The public rally around this mysterious person, nicknaming him "The Signal", but they have nowhere to turn and cannot join with the signal for a greater good. There is a little looting, but not enough to kick anything major off.

fantastic! I hope these don't signify your real political views! (ha ha)

I'll need at least a couple more factions for this worth while.

Sorry for the low picture quality. Squares denote a HQ of a particular faction. the colour is specific to faction. Mainiac I have coloured the children of tomorrow in a sort of Violet colour.

It's 2012, the 5th year of the World's worst recession. National debt in Britain soars due to a critical government blunder and trust in the state as fallen to a mind numbing depth. The people are now restless and have turned to radical politics that promised a way out of National recession and have shunned conventional political parties.

Your Job? Form your own radical group and choose where to base it.

The Many pan out and collect anything else of interest. The Gas station Refugees find some extra electrical cord and the Broadcast centre refugees find an extra canister of diesel. It become apparent to the Gas Station many that an engine can be heard to the west.

SRS 57 continue their work on the Broadcast fixing. With some help from the rebels the electronic manages to get the Radio Broadcast working again. Apart from the Gas Station below there are no other structures on the mountain. To the south west there is a barn on the edge of a mountain further down the range. To the west, on the road, there is a small black rectangle edging it's way towards the Gas Station.

HECU Vets head up to the Barn and enter. Inside, is a Combine control panel and a large empty metal cylinder crafted in the style of the combine. The rafters are adorned with Combine wire and other Combine technology keeps the doors locked and an old, out of use, security camera hangs lifeless in the corner.

Cult of Xen panic wildly. "Dodge!" shouts the lead rebel and the group splay about on the floor as Bile zooms over their head and spatters on the far wall, showering the Group in small flecks of acid. They open fire and make short work of the 'Squid. The light now streams in through the window, but all is silent.

Work begins early with SRS 57 and the electronic attempts to fix up the broadcast centre. It will take a couple more turns for him to be finished.

The many, sleep in and rise when the light gets stronger.

Cult of Xen huddle in one corner of a room and call out in a loud voice. The sound stops, stammers and grows into a short growl or roar. A stomping can be heard and a creature shambles out into the squads view. The creature has long tentacles extending from it's mouth that just from a long body on squat legs.
"Hmmm, a Bullsquid" mutters the Vortiguant. But, what do they do next?

HECU Vets continue their trek back through the forest and have made their way to the foot of one of the Mountains. To the north east there is a small building that could have been used as a barn before the Invasion.

Yes, the road heads down towards the Gas station which is inbetween the Mountain and the Highway. The highway is to the west and the sea is to the east. Once television broadcast is up I shall introduce a map.

Well I suppose the highway might be the safest way...

by the way guys. If I leave a question mark at the end of your update I will continue the turn where the question mark is used instead of putting your action in a new post. For example, when I divert Defenders of Freedom to the Highway I will do this without waiting for the next turn :)
