Believe me, I did. Amazingly enough, not one of those posts actually mention this solution, though most of them are focused on the same problem.

They suggest doing something which may involve something called planks, sure, but all of them suggest something markedly complicated or difficult, via modulated tree growing times, a number of special items being required, or "faking" it by allowing multiple tiles to use less materials.

All of these are possible solutions to a problem, but other than my post addressing the same problem, my suggestion has not actually been made before (though one of them, 'suggestions on wood and forestry' struck a similiar note, it was buried among quite a bit of other stuff).

EDIT: Okay, I guess buried in the "suggestion on wood and foresty" post i mentioned, one sees my suggestion as a component. Still, I feel his implementation would be poor and unnecessarily complicated, while mine would be straightforward and simple. None of the others are relevant at all though, near as I can tell.

Right now, wood is not terribly useful as a building material, unless you simply have no source of stone. You can get stone faster, you can build just as fast with it. The only use for wood is burning it.

So my suggestion is simple - have an option to make Wood "blocks", aka Planks from logs. More importantly, make it so several of these Planks (3 seems a good number) are produced from every log. These planks, like blocks, are useless for bigger projects and crafting and whatnot, but means you add an extra step to the task to make wood constructions more efficient - which is perfectly reasonable.

You can still build out of logs, of course, but if you want to build efficiently you need to process them first.

Jetsquirrel still has till midnight to finish his turn.

Either way, evilmonk, your turn is next. Do you want to steal your first card from someone or draw from the deck? and if you want to steal, from who?

All cards have been dealt, and life totals updated. Evilmonk, you have one damage sitting on you.

Okay, damage to ExKirby and Errol.

Exkirby gets 1 card, Shadowdump gets 1, and Jetsquirrel gets 2... handing those out now.

Actually, if you look at the etymology of the word, you'll see that Duck Tape is actually correct.

It is called "Duck" tape, because it is a waterproof tape that succesfully kept water out of ammo cases. Also, it's made from cotton duck.

Duct tape is popular, but still wrong.

In essence,
DUCK DUCK DUCK DUCK DUCK DUCK!!!

If you have a miss in your hand, then yes. You should do it now.

A note on Morrowind - It find this game extremely "lifeless and empty" much like people are accusing Dragon Age of being.

Mind you, a couple of mods fixed that mostly, but still. (Companion mod giving me the ability to actually hold conversations and become friendly with people (+sleep with them) I'm looking at you! Thanks!)

And Bioware made those crappy Icewind Dale games? Grrr. Those things annoyed maybe, but maybe I was just spoiled after the far more enjoyable Shadows of Amn.

No, you had it right. Sorry for confusing you. When I said "your turn to draw an emporio" i meant, order wise. You did it right, you got your card. I just wanted to clarify for others, which apparently I failed at :P

If its your turn to claim an emporio item, and you claim it, just add it to your hand. The next player may immediately claim theirs. Just in case anyone thought they had to wait on me for that.

Uhm, and I may have dropped the cards moving them to a table, so if everyone could send me a list of the cards in their hand that would be wonderful. *slightly embarrassed*
