General Discussion / Re: MSPA Hiatustuck: [S] Dirk: Unite.

So... there are several ways this can end.

A massive battle with all the kids, trolls, and all their allies (including Bec Noir, Spades, and Bec Mendicant) teaming up to take on English.

A massive battle with all the kids, trolls, all their allies, Bec Noir, Bec Mendicant, Spades, the rest of the Midnight Crew (after being retrieved from their scattered positions in time), and all surviving dead characters led by Alpha!Vriska and Alpha!Tavros charging back from the afterlife (doggedly pursued by Hussie), teaming up to take on English.

And then, during the fight, they pummel open a portal in time and space, through which the characters of Problem Sleuth slip through and join the fight, creating the mother of all battles between all the kids, trolls, all their allies, Bec Noir, Bec Mendicant, Spades, the rest of the Midnight Crew, Vriska, Tavros, Hussie, all the dead offshoot characters, Problem Sleuth, Ace Dick, Pickle Inspector, and all of THEIR offshoots on one side, and Demonhead Mobster Kingpin and Lord English on the other. And the key to victory will be pumpkins.

And then Hussie will win the internet.

Tilt it, and send it running down some stairs.

Congratulations. You people just crafted internet anti-matter.

God, I hope they keep the old theme song. I loved that so much.

Guys. Look at what Homestuck has done to us.

We think that a game where you are capable of crafting literally anything from any combination of items, where the dead are brought back to life, where the game world is entirely real, varied and contains the ultimate AI to the point of being actual, living creatures, where you transcend to godlike levels of power, where you only get INTO the game to begin with by narrowly dodging meteors, is bland.

IDE/THEORY: In the final battle with The Condesce, Alpha!Dave actually killed the original GCat, and in his last and greatest ironic gesture had Alpha!Rose use her eldritch magyyks transform him into a second GCat, free of the Condesce's control. He now poses as the original, unknown to HIC, and plots her downfall while simultaneously sneaking a bit of help to the kids (saving Jane, etc.)

Dammit, I've been watching all those Justice League episodes some hero uploaded to YouTube.  Like this one, which has nothing to do with Green Lantern and he still gets one of the best moments in the show.

DA DAA DA DAAA, DAA DAT DA DAH

I just want to mention I am about to re-watch the entire show. Thank you so much for linking this.

As for WALL-E, I thought it was sweet. Not meant to test your capabilities as a viewer in any way; mostly I just thought it was that sort of innocent romance (both in the interaction and worldview senses) that gave it a sort of charm. Particularly how curious the Captain was, and the almost childlike wonder and happiness he had when he started learning about Earth.

Coyote was menacing my little lap dog about midnight tonight. I pulled off a hell of a manly growl, and the varmint went running.

I felt damn proud of myself. (And yes I know coyotes are usually skittish as fuck. Let me have my moment.)

Yay this is so interesting.

Don't you hate this webcomic? Or are you popping in to be sarcastic?

What.

The.

FUCK.

EDIT: I only posted that after the first flash.

I saw the rest, and Dirk is now my favorite character by echelons none of you can imagine. There are tiers in play, here.

My family has swindled me into being the delivery boy, bringing milkshakes to my grandmother every day.

My diabetic grandmother.

Are they all insane?

You're only furthering proving my point.

Let me put it this way: there are people right now, on the internet, that find my avatar hot as all fuck. Titillation is not a thing to be measured; it is an all-consuming force, with only one goal: to give you a boner.

But certainly less titillating.

You've never met anime fans, have you?
