Most of the developed world at a minimum is a culinary dystopia. As far as I'm aware sodium being in basically literally everything in go-die amounts is a problem more or less everywhere.

... plenty of places are probably less bad, though. It's certainly easier (if generally more expensive) to find alternatives if you're in or near a city of some sort.
I've travelled Europe some. It's mostly fine food-wise, whether it comes to sugar or salt or processing. I'm sure it'd be easy to find examples of badness, but in the aggregate I don't see that much of a problem. UK is relatively shit in that respect, but still not US-level shit.

You live in culinary dystopia.

Have you played the original MoM recently? It's just as bland and the pixels look like shit (fite me).

I think you have zero idea about how journalism works in the Netherlands. Volkskrant is a respected newspaper. It's redaction backs the journalist's story. They wouldn't have printed it if they were in doubt.
Eh, I remember at least a couple articles you posted from that newspaper, which had tabloid-grade correspondence with facts.

It can't be dark matter, as in made out of those hypothetical weakly-interacting particles, because it being dark implies not being able to clump.

I wish this went more like:
- You! Why you think he done it?
- One, just look at him. Second, there's all this, like, evidence and shit.
- I'm innocent!
- That's not what the other lawyer said.
- Yo, check this out: The judge should be like - guilty! Peace.

It's interesting from the game design perspective how inferior DSD feels to the on-paper very similar Star Crawlers. They're pretty much the same game, but the abstract presentation of exploration in DSD vs having to look for loot and switches in first person makes all the difference.

There is something truly surreal about the idea that the militias are now more combat ready than Russian units, to the point where the Russian units are being used as cannon fodder by the militia commanders! Either that, or the Russian commanders are just supposing any Russian conscripts assigned to a militia unit can be reported as a Donetsk/Luhansk casualty and not a Russian casualty
The militias have been integrated with the Russian military, following the annexation of the 'republics'. So it wouldn't make sense.

There's also this: 代 which would be about right, if not for the little dash being in the wrong place.

FWIW, I happen to have a Kanji dictionary on hand (but less actual command of the language than Vector), and for the love of me I can't find anything like that mysterious symbol in it. Upside down or not. It's five strokes, right?
The dictionary is not exhaustive - it's a brick, but not a 20k (or therebouts) symbol-sized one. Still, one'd think most of the low stroke count kanji should be listed in there.

It's a pro-skub vs anti-skub sort of deal. People getting invested in some random shit and then winding each other up over it. There's no substance to any of this.

The context for the bit about one chance at an offensive that is being talked about is that the Western support might dry up when faced with little gains and nothing but a prolonged WWI-style slugfest in sight.

(note that Abrams deliveries have been hastened, probably enough to get them in country this year)
The trade-off being that they're now going to be refurbished M1A1s instead of new M1A2s. And I still think 30ish tanks in autumn-winter, after what's likely to be the most important phase of the fighting, when you have thousands in storage - is a joke.

Quote
Using them as infantry support is effectively suicide, because literally any anti-armor rocket or recoilless rifle round will take one out, and those have been very generously seeded at low levels in Ukrainian forces.
By the same logic, using any IFV in that role is a suicide.

I can only assume it's my most recent Unparalleled & Amazing New Operational Concept [TM] that is putting the 'pro' in somebody's procrastination this turn.
