I fail to see how this is even possible as you need 20 dwarves to even trigger one.  Not to mention the other conditions.

Diplomats will only appear and speak to a baron/duke/count (I'm not sure if it has to be a level of royalty).

A guild representative is odd.

You didn't give recruits weapons did you?

Handing a dwarf an object with any potential to do harm and telling to them train with it is going to end in tears unless they are trained in and wearing some armor.

Can the flying body parts cause further damage to nearby creatures? If so, you could have a "goblin reaction" with the execution tower.

I'm going to test later tonight how much damage a falling goblin can inflict on a rhesus macaque.  I'm thinking goblin bombs would be rather effective.

Fluids do not affect falling creatures.  I've had gobbos fall out the bottom of a filled volcano.

I've had merchants bring a full page of anvils before.  I never even requested them...

Most forts have all the dwarves die, though sometimes it's through old age. Very rarely though.

If the only thing killing them is old age, you're never going to have all of them die given dwarves incredible propensity to breed.
