Questions on immobilization because I'm going for it:

1. The whip can only immobilize and then kill, but is that only on attack or also on defense? If a whip-dwarf defends and wins, does the other guy die, or is he immobilized the next turn?

2. Do immobilized characters get penalties for defense?

3. Does a lost attack roll against an immobilized character mean that he somehow managed to kill his defender while immobilized? It could mean that the attacker is instead immobilized for the next turn, tangled up in his own whip/tripped over his weapon :P

4. I'd also like to see that non-rogues can pass the square of a non-allied, immobilized character, as he should be unable to block their passage.

I think I'll go for the whip. Cower before the immobilizing magewhipdwarf!

Hey, you've got blue in your avatar, Karlito, you might want to consider joining the winning blue team...

I'd assume so, and the trees are impassable, I'd figure. There's too little of them for a real forest-battle though.

We'll need a list of who's what in what team to be able to make an informed decision on whether or not to change weapons/classes.

GO FLOODED STAIRS!

There is none.

I'm gonna build my own (famous last words) as soon as I get Darkstar up and running  :P

Also, I'd like to propose a hard 48 hour limit. No post = no move, better luck next turn, keeps it more fun for the active players instead of everyone having to wait on one slow player.

A mage can either stun or attack, is my guess. Stun-and-attack is too overpowered, IMHO.

Ace McSpade Lives!
Still has his trusty (not rusty) spear,
and has gained the ability of a mage.
He is still known as ♠
I'll be on any team, no mercenary.

Petty prepubescent grudges.

AFD YOU RULE YAY!

Class != weapon?! Ah, that opens up a world of possibilities...

Yeah, good idea. I choose chocolate because I choose chocolate.

Oh and Panda, me killing you in Strife's game has nothing to do with this game. I do not hold grudges across games.

Really. Really really. Although it might yield a bit of satisfaction seeing your zombiebrain splattered against a pillar. ;D

I vote against the rule-change. Move-attack-move is pretty badass if you have more moves than your melee opponent. Move then attack then face should be the norm.

My hearing has been damaged through an incessant cacophony of zombie-harp-techno. I cannot make out his words and still shoot.

Of... floors? Ulrich McUrist has engraved a wonderful rendition of a floor on the floor.

7017
I did, very nice, but what are the black-on-white floortiles? Just different colored floor?

Maybe for a team game make a buffing class and a debuffing class?

The current mage is pretty debuffing (total stun). Perhaps a priest class? Both mage and priest can only wield a crap weapon for short-range fighting and defense (Quarterstaff?). Priest can heal units within a certain range, and encourages team-playing. In a free-for-all-backstabgame no-one will choose mage or priest though, since neither is lethal.
