Trying to log into Maplestory for the first time in years. I can't seem to remember my info and Maplestory recommends me to try logging into their website.
I do so to find that my account is not only tied to one of my oldest email accounts ever, but also my Nexon account was deactivated due to inactivity.
To get it reactivated, I have to go to my email and reactivate it from there, but the problem is is that I don't remember the password to my email, either.
So I try to change the email tied to my Maplestory account, but it requires answering the security questions, which is something I'm probably never going to guess.
I try opening a ticket to request an email change on this old-as-hell account, to only get an automated response requesting all the info I would have entered anyway to change my email myself, but also asking for a photo ID, like a passport or something and my birth certificate...

My last hope to gaining access to the account I made when Maplestory was in beta is to open a ticket at Yahoo for access to my email.
The heat is probably contributing to my rage right now.

*snip*

I'm watching it! So far fiddlesticks died about 5 times, and said "KS" about 3 times in the first 15 minutes - well done putting up with that. Looks like you kept a cool head and carried the game.
Thanks. :) Fiddles was actually a pretty cool guy. I don't think he really complained much after the early game.

I just had this intense game.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

We were getting destroyed repeatedly and were pushed to our inhibitor turrets. Out inhibitor at mid was actually destroyed, too!
But despite getting murdered a lot, we somehow managed to pull through for a victory.
Also, I stole a lot of kills from Fiddlesticks near the beginning on accident. :0

I actually played this game to test out how recording League would go for me on my new laptop. It went well. I'll post a link to the video once it's done uploading, if anyone's interested.

EDIT: Here it is. It's an hour long and Youtube messed with the quality, unfortunately.

I'm in, too. :)

General Discussion / Re: Bay12's Desktops

Bumping this thread because I wanted to showoff this wallpaper I made for my new laptop.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
I couldn't think/find anything to replace the boring default wallpaper.

I just got my new laptop yesterday. I fucking love it and all, but my only complaint is: Whoever thought that making the touchpad's buttons also part of the touchpad is an idiot. I have to press down a certain way so the mouse won't move away from whatever I'm clicking.

I'm get a new laptop! :D
One that can play games from this century!
What graphics card does it have.
AMD Radeon HD 7640G
I'm not to well versed with hardware, but it's definitely better than my old laptop, which could barely play anything 3d.

Woah brah, you made mistake number one. NEVER BUY A GAMING LAPTOP. SERIOUSLY.

Actually decent gaming laptops cost more than a very good desktop computer. I had a friend who willingly shelled out $1,000 even though I kept telling him over and over that he could buy the parts, and we could figure out how to put it together.
Don't have much a choice... There's no space for a desktop for me with where I'm currently living. :/

PS. My budget is ~$500.

General Discussion / Re: Username Origins
« on: April 07, 2013, 02:57:07 am »
I'm preeeetty sure I said where my username came from before, but I couldn't find it.
Anyway, the name Jack Bread came from me trying to come up with a name for a D&D character. I was eating a sandwich at the time.
I discovered that the name "Jack" is awesome and putting "Bread" as a surname is even better.

Creative Projects / Re: Random Things you drew/shopped/made/etc.

Made a bunch of characters. As I was doing so, my mind slowly drifted to DF.

Mystery Man, Pony, Miner, Link, Kobold, Caveman, Sqirrelman, Goblin, Griffin ?

You have some talent, been pixeling for a while?
Almost. Link is an elf, kobold is a lizardman, and squirrelman is a cutebold-styled kobold holding a bag. :)

And thanks! I've been pixeling for several years, now.

I was messing around with pathfinding using a grid on Gamemaker for about 3 or 4 days, but I cannot wrap my head around it.
In frustration, I distract myself with something else. I went to go check on something, when I accidentally kick a nail. Oooow

Waking up in the morning without hearing in one ear is annoying, especially when it's not that I'm deaf in that ear, it's just that earwax is blocking it and I can't seem to clean out at all. It makes it harder to hear from my other ear because of the constant noise from the blocked one.
