Posting in an epic story. Damn, this is crazy. I especially love how you actually managed all this from a ruined pile with only one dwarf.
Also, can i get a dwarf? Name of Eagle, make him a miner thats antisocial and have him carve a little burrow for himself somewhere deep in the mines. Bonus points if he furnishes and decorates it all himself. Mad uber bonus points if he makes a small, independent cave over there.
If you dont have any miners to spare, just toss him in the military as an axedwarf.

Theres also an Age of Emptiness; basically all civs have been wiped off the map and no major creatures are still alive. There was a topic about it a while back, hang on....

Take some martial arts. That helps with points 1 and 3, might not help with 2. For 2, the only thing i can think off is to take massive, detailed, wall o text notes, especially with chemistry, biology, and history notes, where you have to memorize sheer blocks of stuff.

Worms is amazing. I still play World Party when im bored.
My pet peeve? People only looking at the graphics. Anyone ever played Disgaea: Hour of Darkness? Great game. The fact that it was isometric, a JSRPG, and had sprite based graphics turned so many people off from one of the most awesome games ever. Same thing with Crysis, which is more of a computer test/sandbox fighter and shooter than it is a game.
