Best.  Fort.  Ever.

Name:  Remalle Amudakith
Gender:  Male
Weapon:  -Bronze battle axe-, +Copper shield+ (390☼)*
Armour:  Copper cap, Copper chain mail, Copper chain leggings (170☼)
Fighting style/mindset:  They can't fight back if they can't move.  As such, prioritize removal of limbs and causing unconsciousness by pain.

Current equipment:
25☼
Battle axe (well-crafted bronze)
Shield (finely-crafted copper)*
Cap (standard copper)
Chain mail (standard copper)
Chain leggings (standard copper)

*the shield is listed as a weapon because it's held in the hand, as opposed to armour which is worn on the body.  That's just how I define them, I'll rearrange it if necessary.

Re: the train sound, I always associated it more with going underwater for some reason.  Also holding a shell to one's ear, which sounds exactly the same.
Hmm. I'm able to unpop my ears at will.  ...  I just flex some muscles in my head somewhere and my ears unpop.
I always assumed everyone's able to do this, but I suppose it makes sense that they don't.  It is pretty funny watching people do their goldfish impressions coming down a mountain.

Right, there's "/who" for a generalized list, "/who playername" to see where playername is or when they last logged on, "/vwho vesselname" to find the location of and the people on all vessels called vesselname, "/cwho crewname" to see who's online in crewname, and "/fwho flagname" to find who's online in which crews in flagname.  All are highly useful to remember.

I also have ChatZilla, but "/server irc.newnet.net" yields "[ERROR] Unknown network "irc.newnet.net"".
On the Boatmurdered though:  Why not Boat Murderers?

Wait, we're actually forming our own flag?
...sweet.

Edit: what about "Gold Diggers"?

It depends how large a house you're going for.  If you return your starting shack I believe you can get another one on any island for free, or you can just set an inn as your "home".

Lima or Dragon's Nest.  I'd prefer DN personally, as it's less crowded.

I have five on hand, I think.  After four years of playing.  Five doubloons and not enough to buy another one.
Five.  Man I suck.

I used to be very good at swordfights though hardly the best. (though to be the best you also need the better swords)
Not necessarily.  Strategy and skill are just as, if not more, important than drop patterns in almost all situations.  A good general strategy is to set up a combo incorporating at least one horizontal strike, then sending constant sprinkles to disrupt any combos the enemy has set up before unleashing the combo.  It's also good to follow up with 2x2 clears to keep the enemy off-balance and mess up your own drop pattern a bit.

Well, technically, you have to do good to get good scores.
Right, but it's also rated against everyone else playing the puzzle, so if "someone" were to get incredibly incredible scores everyone else on the ocean would get slightly worse scores as a result.

Nice going.  Now I know who's to blame for my bad bilge scores >:(

The King of Pop has left the building.
Heh, he's doing the Cloudwalk.
Also, one of my favourite MJ jokes:  how does Michael Jackson pick his nose?  From a catalogue.

I have no money at all, I can barely afford an officer's badge from month to month.  I keep blowing all my earnings on poker.
Also, even if we have a democratic/oligarchic crew, we'll still need to have a captain.
