You can find only two of them. Although there certainly were much more rewards you are not sure if you ever actually owned more than these two. Surely these were the last gifts you gained.

The first one is a note. It is heavilly damaged and you can read only a few words: "funding", "2027" and "Loki".

The second is a folder with a set of images. On all of them is the same almost naked woman with a hat. All but one are heavily altered.

EDIT: grammar

Correct. You gain a reward.

Short series of another simillar questions are given to you. Completely abstract at first, then series of words in unknown language. After a while you start to find out patterns and grammar rules in that language. You have to find exits from small labyrinths and solve puzzles.

Rarely you know rules for that puzzles and must guess. Every time you answer wrong you feel like you were dying and next thing you can remember is waking up few minutes later and getting another question. Everytime you answer correctly, you are awarded. Hours are passing.

Th 03:12

You wake up. Something is different this time. You are pretty sure that your last answer was correct. Also you do not remember being punished. No question this time.

/* Recently I have played a really interesting game, made me thinking. It appeared as a good idea to try to explore topic of that game by creating an adventure. It is not going to be a funny random-fest, but hopefully it will be interesting. The story is prepared, but the start may be a little slow because I will spoil nothing about it, I want you guys to find out everything yourselves. */

Chapter 0: Prelude

Tu 21:20

You wake up. Everything you can concentrate on is the following:

∙∙∙  ∘∘∘     ∙∙∙∘∘∘

∙∘∙  ∘∙∘     ∙∘∙∘∙∘

∙∘∘  ∘∘∙

a) ∙∙∙∙∙∙
b) ∙∘∙∘∘∙
c) ∙∘∘∘∘∙

DF Gameplay Questions / Re: Wow, epic fail. (fire question)

I like to mine corridors with closed hatches above all my rooms and fill them with water and in case of emergency I flood the selected room. Works pretty well for fires and nobles.
I made a system like that once... only it involved lots of pressure, when I used it to try and drown a moody clothier a kobold left foot (Now how did that get there axey mc. chopper?) inside one of the doors managed to make the system.... obtain new Fun features.

You can avoid pressure problems with a few floodgates

I kinda hope someone will post screen shots, because where I am Youtube is blocked. Along with Imageshack.

Have you tried youtube proxies?
Or "download youtube videos as AVI" sites?

The proxy sites I know of are blocked where I am. I can access download youtube sites, but can't download from them. In case you're wondering, the party doing the blocking is the government.

Sweet liberty, eh? Where do you want me to upload the *. flv file for you?

 EDIT: Wrong punctuation

seriously... have you seen them play starcraft?

watching them micro makes me dizzy.

Have you seen the commented fights that promote StarCraft II? Man, they are more entertaining than football or soccer matches thanks to that micro management. I wish there were more of these. Sadly people tend to release only replays not commented videos.

Other Games / Re: Base-Building Games
« on: October 14, 2009, 02:13:58 am »
I'd be trite not to mention Total Annihilation.  Especially on Core maps, where you get constant unlimited metal.

The line "building a base with the sole purpose of attacking another base" is hilariously apropos because of all the awesome artillery turrets and so forth.  You could win battles without building a single soldier if you were good enough, just keep building concentric walls of turrets until your bases smash into each other's firing ranges like anemone colonies.

One time me and a friend even tried playing a game like that - only defensive structures and building units.  It was a little more boring than I thought it'd be.

Ah, yes ... where are my instalation CDs?

Could you add 1px wide black (or dark blue) border to those?

Not sure what to border...

I do not get that argument - if he does not want to modify game to meet demands of third party interface, then he will not modify it. It is his game after all.

..., and a random encounter occurred...

Sounds like you were playing Fallout...
