Unless we've got some people who would give us some info from the police.

Well, if some people know how to create a source forge account, we don't need Jonathan to do it...

Okay, that's him who is working on the code right know. But if it helps that one those who know a bit more about sourceforge creates an account, that would a good thing to do. And to demonstrate how usefull it is. (Basically to start the machine running...)

That said, I don't know anything about that type of things. and have little time right now..

Hmm... I always wondered how these multiple programmer projects did work.

That might be a good opportunity to learn, see and try.

I'm not sure if I like this approach though, it seems to be a bit of a weak solution to the issue. If I do add a gun control issue, I'd want it to be properly thought out, and be an interesting dimension that adds to gameplay rather than just getting in the way.

These are very good questions, that you probably find in all real life revolutionary groups : they start with great ideas of peace and all that, but recruit a bunch of terrorists, who once they have tasted blood can't stop it... How many groups of resistance and in the end been worse for the population than the oppressor they were fighting.

Here to achieve your goal you need to behave against your original thought (use plenty of weapons). That would probably be accurate if to finally win the game you would have to manage that part of getting rid of lust for blood, and bunch of terrorists. Kind of cleaning that part of your history...

Yuck. When we think of it that game is quite disgusting, but fearly close to reality. (well, even if you replace liberal and conservative by any other type political conflict you would imagine : dirty yellow against magic blue)

Hello !

A tiny issue with your release. Well, maybe it is on purpose... But the arrow key you implemented now behave like the WADX keys : If I press up on the main screen, I will wait on day, as if I had pressed W.

I'll let you decide if it is an issue or not.

Also, an other solution for the pgdn and pgup keys, why not simply uisng up and down arrow ? All keyboard would have them. (while otherwise you would laway find someone telling 'yeah, but my weird keyboard as it, but they are difficult to reach...'

Well. anyway, being able to play with the arrow keys is really much easier than before !

By the way getting more info from the printing is definitely a good idea.

I have tried 2 seconds.

At least it starts.
The arrow keys do work.
Eeer, that's all I can tell for now...

Oh, yes a suggestion : on the first screen, maybe you should tell that it is a version modified by you. (And not only a work done by Tarn Adams).

Ok, thanks for your questions :

1: Yes, there are the arrow keys
2: yes ; and : is perfect
3: Hmm. I have just tried to see how LCS handles the figures. If I press "shift" first it things that I have typed a wrong key and leaves the selection. To reach the guys, I have to press "caps lock" first. I can eventually spend my time playing with caps lock switch on...

Yep, I'll play a bit and try to spot the difficulties.

I have never played much LCS (though I came to Bay12Games from it). What has always annoyed me was that the controls are definitelly not defined for someone playing on a french laptop.

A configuration file to costumize the keys you use would be so wonderfull !!! (and then I might be able to play, and propose really interesting things)

"* did display for priests and allowed optional graphics for them"

This kindy intriguing. Does it means that the mecanism to have priests move around and be displayed is different than all others creatures ?

I quite like that scaling idea.
And for lighting, I'd love to these that type of stuff implemented :
