They call it that because it's a natural opiate secreted by the pituitary gland, and is essentially a legal, non-addictive, side-effect free variant of morphine that is always available to you.It's the BUZZZZZZZZZZZZ. And what do you mean, non-addictive? It's addictive as anything! Talk to your kids about running today. (Just say no to endolphins)
In related news; I've started jogging every day and just finished today's. I feel absolutely great right now.
