"Huzzah! Off to loot!"

Loot the place. Focus on minerals, raw materials and shiny things.

Continue chasing noises.

Reserved. Yes, it's pointless. I warned you.

(I get that you played Hatoful Boyfriend at some point in the recent past?)

Name: Lady Rosanne Meyerschmidt-Cripeton
Likes: Lady Rosanne certainly has a healthy fondness for money, and is a cultured pigeon, so she greatly enjoys going to concerts. It is one of the few wastes of money she allows herself.
Dislikes: On the other hand, Lady Rosanne has a certain... sense for the stench of poverty and peasantliness. She would absolutely never socialize with upstart nobility and low-class peons.
Stats:
  • Handsomeness: 3
  • Money: 0
  • Dancing: 1
  • Sense: 0
  • Sensitivity: 1
  • Stamina: 3

Bio: Born to a working class family impoverished nobility, Lady Rosanne has, throughout her life, attempted to restore the status that is her birthright, clearly, the birthright of the Cripeton family (there are some extremely legitimate family trees reaching back five centuries in her attic). But since actually working for this purpose is terribly unladylike, this ladypigeon has resolved to charm and marry a rich and handsome nobleman, so noble that there is no doubt at all about his nobility. And, well, this better happened before the actual owners of the estate she was living in came back...

Just search the ground floor for potatoes. Follow trail of tubers, if present, to disaster zone, otherwise ask around whether any weirdos got in recently or anyone knows where that musical inventio came from.

Assist in constructing some sort of ribcage. Hmmm... if one were to take some metal from over there, a bit of scale... is that dragon soul still around?

"Aw, man, that there might just be your answer. Sorry, no time now, gotta pound some sense in these idiots!"

Move towards wherever the hell that noise came from! Employ the good ol' Bavarian Fire Drill if I encounter some obstacles!

Sir Bigglesworth's paladin senses tingle, alerting him to a most foul presence just down at the docks. He walks. He arrives. He gazes upon the beast.

"Forsooth! Back with thee from whence thou camest and so on! I shall not allow thee to lay hand on my team, for even if they are stinking and of indeterminate gender, they are my team forevermore!"

Charge in and headbutt the satanspawn in its gut.

...well, so much for the idea to make it illustrated. I simply don't have the time and can't meet my own expectations, so let's just start without it. I might employ illustrations to provide overviews of characters and places, perhaps make some icons too - later. Maybe.

Anyway, as I already hinted, admission was a serious problem. In the end, I chose to expand to four slots to accomodate everyone that really struck my fancy. PowderMiner, flyingdice, Harry Baldman, Wwolin - you are aboard. Everyone else - sorry. It's not that you were bad, it's that the others were even better. As some sort of compensation, your characters will become NPCs of sort, filling up the class room. So if you're currently where the protagonists are - feel free to PM me an action. If you're interested in that. It's wholly optional.

Aah! Friday. The most noble day of the week. An ancient sage once quipped that it was the best day for getting down - and only one day left to the sweet release of weekend! But before that, the teachers have apparently resolved to cram Friday as full of subjects as possible. Six periods, one straight after the other - quite the high number when compared to other days. The class 11-A, attended by Ezra Amos, Harlowe Duncan, Jocasta McBride, Wilton Lowery and eleven other students, has the following time table today:

Chemistry
Mathematics
Mathematics
English
Lunch Break
History
Geography

Today, English - Mr. Edmond's class - is getting dropped in favor of the orientation class. You still have a bit of time to get your things in order before you have to go to school - far less time than usual, the tram broke down and the mechanics already are busy fixing up some old armored exploration vehicles - but that shouldn't be a problem, it's really not that far.

~For now, every period and lunch break is roughly one turn on its own.~

Oh, man... this definitely updates faster than I can look. :/

Enter the building. Inconspiciously. Look for other trouble-makers and the distortion that is, no doubt, caused by them.

"Awwwww yeah! A dragon right off the bat? I guess my day can only become better!"

Flank the monster! Charge as soon as the drakeling distracts itself on someone else, jump on its back and start pummeling the heavily-wounded shoulder!

"Oh. Uh. Heh. Didn't pay attention for a moment. Well then, I'll be taking leather... oof... I feel a bit constrained, but whatever, let's see how well this thing holds up."

It's leather armor, then.

"Yo! Larissa here. Guessin' they filed me under Warrior, probably 'cause they had no Facepuncher class for me. Well, whatever! Let's get going to some warmer place. This cold's a pain." She stretches a bit to warm up, and then continues talking to nobody in particular, a tiny bit of venting.

"You wouldn't believe how many tubes and chips and devices they put into me. I like doing things with my own two hands, and knowing that that's me alone - well, without the pipework I couldn't even survive here they said - but there's also been a lecture on uploading programs to my brain, and, ugh - well, it feels like cheating, know what I mean?"

Pick up an HP elixir, a gold pouch and a cloth robe. Also, a dagger, but it's not going to be used much at all.

Well - why not. I'm a sucker for this sort of thing.

Name: Larissa Kaydash
Age: 21
Gender: F
Class: Warrior
Choice: Barehanded Combat
HP: 150
MP: 0

Larissa is a bit on the small side, with a lean and athletic build, but more than compensates with attitude - she may not be stupid, but is still headstrong, unwilling to put in a lot of work and spirited to the point of foolish courage. Her pitch black hair is tied up in a ponytail to the back, and hangs loosely over her front in what was an accurate haircut two months ago, but it's not long enough to obscure her emerald eyes.
Usually, she wears a black tank top and wide pants for ease of movement, both worn out somewhat, sandals, and a jacket when not currently involved in fights. Her palms and soles are wrapped with bandages.

If one is a father, and the successor to a martial arts style with more than 1500 years of history, there is really only one path in life to send one's single daughter on. Thus, from early years on, West Kaydash made his little Larissa train and practice vigorously, day after day. But while little Larissa was a diligent model student, teenaged Larissa turned out a rebellious brat who did not see the wisdom in spending eight hours a day training with sweaty men - and since her father proved immovable on that issue, one day she simply ran away. Since she spent the next years mostly by getting into brawls and participating in several underground arenas, what she learned proved useful to her, ironically enough. These years have molded her style from what was once a very technical approach to a wild, improvised potpourri of all sorts of styles over immaculate martial arts fundamentals.

She mostly got into the RPG system because it paid well for beating things up. And she was good at beating things up.

She is very interested in magic as well and would love to incorporate it in her own style - although that's likely an idle dream, and the prospect of selling one's soul is not very attractive to her either.

I would, but ew, anime.

You're watching the wrong anime.

Also, it's going to be a nightmare picking three sheets out of this... there's already five sheets I really like so this is gonna be painful. Signups close tomorrow.
