No, seriously, love this game. I just remembered the Cassino mission and it is definitely the best mission in the series. Overall one of the best stealth games ever made IMO and I've played the lot, except for MGS series because I hate anime plot lines.

I dunno. I feel completely the opposite. Blood Money is the best of the series. Codename 47 was unplayable for me past the Hong Kong mission because it went full shooter with no possibility to finish even remotely stealthy. In Blood Money the missions are nonlinear and you can choose what style you like best. You can make all your hits look like an accidents while only sedating bystanders you need for a disguise and get the Silent Assassin mark but if you get bored/frustrated by that you can go gun-ho on everyone, and it is not necessarily easier/harder then.

I find it weird that you are complaining about the story after skipping to whole parts of the series. Basically 47 wants to seclude himself from the world and seeks refuge in religion but his dark past keeps haunting him and dragging him back to killing for the agency.

Don't judge the game by the tutorial mission. The whole game is good old and very well polished Hitman. The Demo/Tutorial mission is just there as bait to get non-fans to buy the game thinking it's supposed to be another shooter.(which it can be, but it is so much more aswell)

I'ed put in Morrowind Graphics pack 3, better faces, and better heads. They don't improve gameplay, but graphics are nice sometimes. Oh and if you really want graphics search MGE (Morrowind Graphics Extender)

Rome, go for it.

I voted EU:Rome. Paradox games make for great LPs.

Example: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?486346-Rebels-without-a-pause-a-Tribal-AAR/page2 reading this was a form of catharsis. I'm no recommending you to be as masochistic as this guy but a blind LP of anything that complex is bound to produce entertaining moments.

I don't know why I decided to stick with the BoS. Maybe because Veronica was the NPC that complimented my melee - only playstyle well. Or maybe because having the BoS back to the coolness they were in Fallout 1 compared to the dogooders they were in Fallout 3 made me root for them.

Thats what I mean when I say the story in New Vegas is great. Every major faction you can support has a few valid points and could have well been protagonists. Well, maybe except Legion, though Caesar does give a good speach about the weakness of NCR and democracy, he is crazy and an overall bad thing for the wasteland. House and NCR are both shades of grey.

Guess it's time to put Yes - Man to good use.

I'm really enjoying the storyline so far. I think I'm near the endgame and I'm having a hard time deciding which major faction I want to support. I've already joined the

and to help them out I think I go on and support Mr. House, at least he is isn't as likely to take over the whole wasteland killing my faction in the process.

I've picked up HttT for 4 Euro. I might also get Divine Wind when it releases on steam.

Updated first post.

Good job inteuniso. No one has ever taken a OPM before.

Ming are big indeed. Apparently thanks to the westernization they got real early. Once they turn into Manchu someone can have a turn as that huge blob. 30 year WC anyone :P ?

Haven't played Mass Effect.

Played the first chapter of Dragon Age and liked it but I'm not really a fan of the "high fantasy" setting. It's probably best if you like "classic" cRPGs like Baldurs Gate, Neverwinter Nightsor whatever.

Instead of getting Fallout 3 I would just say skip that and get New Vegas since it is superior in every way but I'm not sure if its on sale. Both are RPG/Shooter hybrids and the shooting element isn't all that good but the atmosphere, storyline and characters are what seals the deal in RPGs so once again, New Vegas is superior and F3 is kind of meh in that department.

My opinion. If the price is okay, get New Vegas. Otherwise either DA or ME.

Just bought S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat for 5 Euro. Given that I am currently playing New Vegas I can clearly state that I am a bitch for the post-apocalyptic theme :P

Can I take the next turn in this? I'm on HTTT on Steam.

Apparently Divine Wind is coming out on Steam in January.

Sure I'll sign you up.

Progress seems halted in the HttT game. I'm updating the list. Turns out it's Hyo's turn right now, since I didn't notice earlier that mainiac bailed, sorry.

Sorry for the wait:  here is the latest save for IN: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZSF8LRM3

I've shaped up Iraq a little but it is by no means a hegemony like i wanted it to be.

Go ahead inteuniso its your turn. There are bound to be some interesting picks in the world map right now but I haven't taken a closer look. Muscovy is Holy Roman Emperor so I imagine utter steamrolling as them or Russia would be possible.

Restricted nations so far for IN are Ming, Poland, Brunei, Portugal and Iraq.

Playing Iraq so far was a blast. Can't expand too much thought because of inevitable Ottoman Empire warnings.
