Looks good, if you've played and liked games from series like Disciples or Heroes of Might and Magic, chances are you will enjoy this.

Just had a look at today's deals and the kings bounty pack looks like a good deal. Crysis looks good as well.

Eufloria uses procedural generation for a great deal of it's content.

New Vegas is currently $37.49 instead of $49.99 (has not been a daily deal yet).
For those in the UK, Game is currently selling New Vegas for £15 in store as opposed to the £22.49 currently on Steam or the £29.99 it normally is. The retail key can be registered to Steam as well.

Ullapool Caber + Sticky Jumper = great fun on 2fort or other similar maps, where you sticky jump over to the snipers campsite, give them an explosive enema, then jump back to rearm.

Also Fists of Steel are great for when you have to run a short distance under fire to get to a medkit or ammo.

I regret crafting my backburner.

Give me a shout when you are in-game. I've got a spare that I can trade to you if you still need one.

Heyy, there's now easy ways to get new weapons:

Boston Basher = Sandman + Tribalman's Shiv
Buffalo Steak = Crit-a-cola + Sandvich
Claidheamohmor = Targe + Homewrecker
Backscratcher = Skullcutter + Axtinquisher
Candy Cane = Kritzkrieg + Pain Train
Loch-n-Load = Demo Token + Secondary Token + Scrap (The only grenade launcher alternative)

The other set items require 2 reclaimed at least for now and the rest are only crate-obtainable for a while still. But anyway, now it's actually possible to get some of them.

As an addition, the recipes for the Jag and Fists of steel are now discovered which completes the list of recipes.
Jag = Southern Hospitality + 2 scrap
Fists of Steel = GRU + 2 scrap

Yay! Hit the 15 for my hat. Ended up buying Chime, Beat Hazard, Just Cause 2 and Bob Came in Pieces while they were on offer from the hunt. It's been an interesting way of getting people to play a wider range of games than they might ordinarily have done.

Yeah that's what was happening for me up until I started hitting a few ranks short of elite, at which point it suddenly jumped from an average of 300k to 2 mil. The increased multipliers are what makes it easy to get the score once you hit elite. Also try building up your multiplier at the beginning by not shooting for 40 secs or so.

Can anyone say how big the download for Just Cause 2 is? Store page says 10 gig needed which I assume is after install. If it's too large I doubt I'd get it downloaded in time to try for the treasure hunt objective.

Hmmm... already got Braid and Osmos on steam, but might as well pick this up for the other three.

Edit: and it's breached $200,000. So $50,000 in under two hours.

Red Faction: Guerilla looks awesome.
I'm considering getting it.

So none of my friend would be interested in it :/

Ok I found 2 who are interested in it and one who'll want it eventually.
So I bought it and proceed in asking people in my friendlist.

I will probably have some spare ones left, if anyone is interested.

I'll take one if you still have any going.

Also anyone could explane the gifting mechanics to me?

You and the person you want to gift to need to be friends.

When you buy a game it will give you an option to buy as a gift. At that point you can select the recipient from a list.

Alternatively if you bought one of the multi-packs, you will have a number of extra copies on your account that can be gifted by going to the games-->manage gifts menu from the main steam window. Click on the copy you want to send and you can either send it to an email address or select from a list of your steam friends.

The recipient will get a steam window pop-up with their new game in it.
