Only God knows. And he's not telling.

Ich spreche keine Deutsch. Meine Deutsch ist als schoen als dein Hund.

Lol, it's no surprise if someone speaks French here... probably a few French or Canadians here :P

"It is better to let a hundred guilty go than to punish a single innocent."

Oh, come now, certainly DF players can't believe that ;)

Incarceration isn't exactly good in the first place, since you're wasting money putting away and taking care of people who are less than useless to the world. Terrorism isn't a serious enough threat to that, the worst case in history only killed a few thousand people, which is nothing compared to the amount lost to cancer and diseases. I'd much rather a country put the money into health care and education, than waste that on incarcerating people.

And America, of all countries, needs more money put in health and education. I'm still a little annoyed that a country with so much money won't even provide proper wages, health care, and decent college fees. Many other countries provide it for life, even to foreigners.

I blame the Chinese for inventing gunpowder. CHINESE ARE NAZIES. Oh, and the gnomes who invented boots too.

BS or not, I'm too lazy to read all that. Someone tell me if it's good :P

I loved Bloodlines. Redemption was rather boring though, had a bunch of bad ideas, didn't capture the feel of the tabletop. I dunno, to each his own.

CRPG

When I was a kid, it was called Combat RPG.
Adam Sessler called it Common RPG.
The OP seems to call it a Computer RPG.

There's also that exploit that lets you get a lot of money without anyone coming, but that comes with a drawback - stealing all that money will make the various countries rather angry early on, before you unlock good minions so I wouldn't recommend it.
Are you referring to the fact that you could steal tons of money as soon as you get acess to the world map but before you finnish the first few training missions? I always did that you just leave the game for the heat to cool off before capturing the nanny.

Yeah, there was something wrong with that. I think the game calculates the wrath of the powers that be by the amount of agents you kill and the amount of money you steal from them. I forgot what exactly, but I think it makes your minions more prone to getting killed by agents. If you really want to do it, just do it on only one faction, so only that one faction gets really pissed off.

Super Agents are powerful however the best way to deal with them is to swamp them with social minions who will destroy their mind. Once this happens use traps that don't deal damage on them as many times in a row as possible (For example the Blender). This can keep Super Agents pacified until they have to leave.

Hehe, only works on the early ones, especially the bimbo. Later on, you get that Rambo guy who blasts everything he sees, including social minions :P But definitely don't attack the early ones, they have far too many HP to take down.

Lol, I designed my traps, halls, and the triggers to blow up in such a way that they catch fire from Red Ivan's rocket, and blow up another time as soon as the agents get up. Which gives Red Ivan enough time for another shot :P

Because, while Bethesthda is stating that it is a spin-off/expansion, I am believing it to be a sequel, hence why I started the topic of Fallout 4.
I rather doubt Bethesda/Zenimax would allow a different company to create an official sequel after the last one was so financially successful.

Then.. the franchise is ruined :(

A pity, I rather liked the old Fallout. It's not looking back with rose-tinted glasses either, I actually play Fallout 2 all over again when the nostalgia hits me and end up loving it as much every time. Well, there's always new franchises. Like DF. I'm so going to write a hate thread on DF 3 in the future once it gets sold to EA.
