Make the recruited people in the first place purely optional?

And I can say... base it on the last question?  Which leads to 1-5 different buddies/recruits?

For the past few years, I've been…
A - stealing from Corporations. I know they're still keeping more secrets. (Active: Programmer, Professional Thief) (Sleeper: Office Worker, Secretary, Security Guard)
B - a violent criminal. Nothing can change me, or stand in my way.  (Active: Gang Member)
C - taking college courses. I can see how much the country needs help. (Active: College Student) (Sleeper: Teacher)
D - surviving alone, just like anyone. But we can't go on like this. (Sleeper: Transient, Highschool Dropout, Teenager, Fast Food Worker) Not too sure about this one...
E - writing my manifesto and refining my image. I'm ready to lead. (Active: Political Activist) (Sleeper: Socialite, Retiree, Fashion Designer)

Sounds cool, I'll show up with a char once I get a few skills.  Need to be prepared... 
And I guess talk around the nearby malls... see if there are a few who could help with taking a foothold....

Plan out the main HQ and supply routes ahead of time...  Depending on how fast the RRF and other zombie hordes respond, we want to decide which buildings get taken, repaired and fortified first.  If we want to have a chance of making it memorable...

Actually, them paparazi probably do hate the celebrity they are following...

teh feared thing will have to have some backfire.
For example, raids from the cops and such will be stronger because they fear your power and belive they'll need more power to take you down.

Any kind of raid on the LCS would be stronger.

Also, if people are going to run away from the mere sight of LCS members, how would that work?

What about the CCS?  Would the people love and fear them if they were more actively killing people?

Hmm... wasn't...   recruitment donations... nerfed?  Its still a better source of income then anything else....  getting average of 30-80 bucks from crack house dwellers...

Oh, right next door...  I'm trying to get into the mall to supply myself for the long run, being a civilian person there.   But, no such luck without free running...
