Okay, idea on what might be able to survive and/or defeat the 40k universe: Time Lord society, pre-Time War. Maybe.
On one hand, a Time Lord claims that they're a Type 4 Kardashev civilization, and "Most races pray to lesser beings than the Time Lords."
On the other hand, in the series, the Daleks never seem to come anywhere close to that, and yet were capable of taking on the Time Lords
Another faction that might survive: Anti-spirals from TTGL.

Hm, so experience points are straight up doubled. Are you sure it's not math.floor((1/10)*math.sqrt(2*experiencePoints+9025))-(17/2) though? I like it better that way. Seems simpler.
