« on: December 28, 2014, 12:42:36 pm »I'm probably goin to be driving down to Pontiac to see a friend I haven't seen in forever now. Making big drives across the state makes me very very nervous, but the worst that can happen is that I get lost I guess.
Or die in an accident in unfamiliar territory, that's actually probably the worst that can happen, but oh well.
Honestly, I don't find the long part of driving to be that bad. In my experience, the stressful part is when you reach the place you're going and it's city driving (even small cities) and you don't know the area.
Also, if you're going on the interstate, Michigan state police usually don't ticket unless you're going 80, if you're comfortable going above the speed limit.
On a completely unrelated note, I got board games for Christmas! Carcassonne, RoboRally, and Twilight Struggle. Need to set aside a chunk of time for that last one, but apparently it's quite good.

For a while, Wesnoth for iOS was maintained, then it got dropped, as far as I can tell, with one of the versions 1.8.* in the summer of 2011.
The iOS version got rebooted (or updated? maybe?) in November of 2012 with a completely different app which, to my knowledge, uses version 1.10.5; the latest version was 1.10.7. Note that after 1.10, all the 1.10.* were bugfix releases.

I had no clue what the fuck I even did until the extra 20k souls dropped into my wallet. Alright, that's enough DS for today. Time to eat and pass out.
What boss, if I can ask? Or was it a badass monster without a title?
Also, congrats on finding Ash Lake.

For clarity, I have pointed out the whirling death zone and the base of the fan
It's pretty clear that the area we need o cross to reach the base of the fan is longer than a character length.
