The tree can't speak, but it can scream, and it does so as you horrifically separate its limbs.

Whoohoo! Assist the spearman on the right.

Try to push the leeches back into the chasm with my spear!

"Back to the depths, you foul fiends!"

Battle in progress...
hit: d6+0.5=6.5, evade: d6=6, climb(>3): d6=3
You stab the leech man and it falls...

New leechies arrive! One of them even has a scale cap!
listen check(>3): d6=5
You hear a distant splashing.

>_

Give the tree the soap.
Ask him if he would like to join me on my quest.

The tree seems to be happy about the nicely lathering soap.
You cannot help but getting the strange feeling that the tree cannot speak... and it seems to be stuck in the earth.

>_

Ask why he's going to seal off a new passageway. And about the shields and spears.

Also I don't think I have that bronze knife anymore.
Inventory fixed.

"The passageway was used by an expedition party. The caverns it is leading to are full of nasty things, so we better seal it off."
"The equipment here is for the fighters. It's free to use if going on a mission."

>Offer some soap to yon tree if he will help me out of the trench

Accept and help dwarf in anyway I can, probably through:

Photosynthezing yo!  8)

The tree photosynthezes extremely!
A root grows into the moat!

You manage to climb out of the moat, holding up a piece of soap.

>_

"Oh, sorry about that. I was busy fighting a pond grabber."

Ask what architect is unhappy about.

The dwarf in the silk robe grumbles and goes away.
Architect: "Ugh, they told me to build a wall sealing off the new passage, but those haulers didn't bring enough stone. I'll just fetch them myself, no problem..."

>_

Stand at the ready, throw the rock as soon as I see the white of its eyes.

You suddenly see green eyes and throw a rock at them!
hit: d6-3=3, evade: d6=1, dmg: 1d8+2=8
You hit the leech man's body-tail complex for 2 damage!
The marxdwarf shoots at the leech man. It has been shot and killed!

Leechy reinforcements arrive! This seems to become a large scaled battle!

Make the frogpeople dizzy with herbs, then some elf dresses up as a marsh god. Demand a temple and sacrifices, give them a code of stupid laws and enslave them.

In the unlikely case that they get suspicious, climb up hill (3) and shoot our =*arrows*=!

Become tree, photosynthesize.

A tree is you!

Keep hat, inspect where bell came from.

Your inquiries lead you to the barracks. An architect comes out of a new secret passage grumbling.
The other dwarf speaks to you: "So, you heard the bell? It was the signs for all the morons who keep staring on their decorated caps instead of doing anything useful."
Seems you are too late for something...

>_

Take a position in the middle of the column, somewhere.
Re-fasten threshing iron.

Watch my step...

The iron firmly hangs in your hair. You successfully cross the bridge.
Suddenly Libash gives the sign to stop.
"Caution, I heard something..."
You didn't.

>_

>Jump down into the trench and pull the lever already!

You jump down, pull the lever and the bridge is lowered, opening the way downwards into the dark.
One of the trees is moving strangely, despite the fact that there is no wind...

Surprise! You are trapped in the moat!

Inspect the bone cap, including trying it on.

The cap has your size (dwarfy!)

This is a pond grabber bone cap. All craftsdwarfship is of the highest quality. It is adorned with hanging rings of pond grabber bone and menaces with spikes of pond grabber bone. On the item there is an image of dwarves in pond grabber bone. The dwarves are laboring.
It has an armor value of +2.

Make sure I am not standing under the drawbridge, so it doesn't crush me if it opens.
Then shout "OH BOY I HOPE NO ONE OPENS THIS DRAWBRIDGE WHILST I AM STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT, AS I AM RIGHT NOW"

You step to the side and shout. Nothing happens...

Yay! You can see a hidden lever from here:

>_

Well, with nothing better to do, cheer to the speech the architect is about to make, and then follow the group!

Strangely nobody is holding a speech...
Libash comes from the barracks and gives the order to follow him.

You go through the hole in the wall, which is closed after the expedition party passes.

*dodgedodge* *stabstab*

You train for some time. Nobody gets hurt.
Siq Bangerhead, Thresher, is more experienced!
You are a Novice Speardwarf now!

You hear a bell ring. A Marksdwarf and an Architect arrive.

>_

"Oops! Sorry about that, here you go. Thanks for letting me borrow it."

Give him back his knife, and try making rock crafts while I watch the mad dwarf work.

The fisherdwarf takes the knive and runs off to the fishery.
stonecrafting check(>4): d6=3
You make one marble figurine of... well, you don't really know. Something abstract.
Meanwhile the mooded dwarf works furiously on his project...

Goden Zontathur, Bone Carver, has created Ikudmeng Dodók Nďng, a pond grabber bone cap!
Then Goden goes up the stairs to the hideout's main corridor, leaving the artifact on the ground.

You hear a bell ring in the west.

>_

Peer in through gaps.

It's very dark in there. You recognize the outlines of a downwards stairway, some bones and a mechanism.
The bridge seems to be operated remotely...
(another dice is rolled secretly)

Malack is probably anywhere from 12th to 16th level. Although, if Nale killed his kids, why didn't he just raise them?

AFAIK Celia once said that minor NPCs cannot be raised. It was when she, Belkar and Haley hid in that blind man's house.

>I knock on the drawbridge, then stand to one side.

You knock. Nothing happens...
(a vile force of darkness secretly rolls a dice)

>_

I'm ready. Let's get this expedition on the road!

Practice spear and dodging while I'm waiting.

You follow the new secret tunnel to what seems to be the meeting place. Several other dwarves are waiting here already.
One of the recruits agrees to practice fighting with you.

...

Rush off and try handing the bone-ish thing to the mad dwarf.

The dwarf grabs the bone without paying attention to you. Then he starts to work furiously.
The fisherdwarf runs towards you.
"Wait, you still have my knive!"

can you make me a sig?

basicaly a oots styled warcraft footman striking a oots styled warcraft grunt, and a bunch of grunts cnped forming a line behind said grunt. i'd prefer if the background was transparent and if the guys were smaller

Is it ok like this? If it is, I can make a smaller and transparent version, just say how small it shall be.
