No, although all this threatening of city-wide destruction has put me in the mood for chaos.
Expect a GM controlled faction with infinite resources and no objective other than destruction...

This is the Thursday Night News,
Our top story, four guards are found dead in the Eastern Docklands. The four guards were responisible for keeping the spare sets of keys safe, for nearby boat owners. A boat was also stolen, a small powerboat. The authorities believe this was committed by one of the cities "factions" due to the proffesional nature of the job.
*Cuts to a (NPC) police officer*
"This was not a spur of the moment robbery, this was planned. And each guard was killed by a single perfect head shot, the mark of a trained marksman or marksmen."
*Returns to the anchor*
28 people are missing, believed to be kidnapped, in the Mid-City area. There are no current clues to the kidnappings, although, oddly enough, each of the next-of-kin to the victims have received an unsigned letter stating simply; "Your dearest is unharmed. They are serving a greater purpose.
Finally, 4 helicopter have been stolen in the Western Industrial District, no further information is available at this time.
Mephansteras, your info is fine, feel free to send an action for turn 5 whenever you're ready.
