Sure you will. I enjoy DF, X-Com, Arcanum, Fallout, and quite a few others.

I still don't find it scary, I think it makes me more nervous than anything else, gives a small rush of adrenaline and despise being repetitive with the scenario being very very typically bland for its theme, it's still fun to play at least once.

I know I am very critical of games, mostly because what I look in them is lasting fun. I mainly characterize games within 3 classes; Play 1 hour then delete, play it all the way through once then delete, and finally keeper.

Dead Space falls in the "play all the way through once" games for me. Which is saying a lot. It's a good game but it has annoying things going on and no replayability.

Don't get me wrong, it's worth buying and playing once, but if you have a more critical view of things you will notice the flaws yahtsee pointed at.

I own the game and finished it.

It's not scary after the first two BOOGA BOOGA BOOGA. It's predictable and at best, it manages to make you nervous because of the stupid situations it puts you in.

Yeah, F2 feels more like a patched F1, they fixed a lot of things in it, so I tend to overlook F1. In fact, I've never played F1 again while I played the followup a few times from beginning to end.

Well you've said this already, and that is your subjective opinion. Imo Galciv2 is the best 4X turn-based space strategy on the market...but that is my subjective opinion.  ;)

Please try to be constructive in this topic. It's pointless to say that "bleh, Galciv sucked, this game will suck also!", because...
1. We are very subjective about these things, I like it, you don't..and vice versa. Not to mention that arguing like this is very immature imho.
2. We don't know too much about the upcoming game at all, only a couple of features are known so far.
It's a forum's thread for Family Guy's sake.
