That was pretty awesome. Was everyone skeptical that I was telling the truth, though? All the statuses say so.

Feeling pretty good about himself, Para starts off his day by going to check out the Holodeck. He'd like to take the Swiftwing out on a mission against a couple of bandit battle cruisers and see how well he performs at his station.

After a round of that it'd be off the ship to do some last minute shopping. Movies(Holovids? I don't know what is in existence), books on nature and survival, cooking, a few other things. Oh, also, alcohol. (I don't know if alcohol is allowed on board. If it is I'll get enough to last me through the length of the trip. If not I'll get less and try and smuggle it aboard. (Hello court marshall!). If I'm caught smuggling it I'll lie and say that I was given special clearance to have it by higher command.)

After all that I go ahead and spend the evening reading magazines (r their equivelents) about spaceships (Kinda like http://www.magazinesbymail.com.au/details/48  but for spaceships.

Ok guys, by my count we have three characters with broken legs (Scaletooth, Opal and Richard. Scaletooth totally counts), one with two broken arms (McCoy) and one with broken everything (Evra Von). All this, note, without actually having encountered an actual enemy. Maybe we should get a healer or something? Arcthanus? You're good at stuff that doesn't make any sense working.

I hear some explosions and stuff outside so I wander back to the hallways and attempt telepathic communication with the rest of the group.

P.S. Vince, I thought it was a pretty well written turn. The rocky training sequence had me laughing rum up my nose.

I go to see the ancient wizard, to see if he will tell me of what he knows of Teric Ora, and especially of Cadun and the University. I'll also see if he is willing to fund an expedition to any of these places.

That Arrogance disadvantage is gonna be a bigger one than I thought. I hope the advantage I took is worth it :)

And, damn good thing I got 6's on my social skills.


Para grumbles to himself about his lack of sleep, and resolves to get a sleep Aid from Faden. He drinks an energy drink in the morning to try and wake up (He doesn't drink coffee.) Because the entire ship has been retrofitted several times he decided today would be a good day to thoroughly analyze all the weapon and defense systems of the ship, looking for any issues that it might have, and any secret things that the crews in the past may have done. Extra compartments with hidden items or modifications to the equipment. At some point in the day he'll have lunch with his fellow tacticians regale them with stories of what a great battle hero his father was (Lies). Then he'll go see Faden and talk to her about getting in an exercise program, and about some sleep aids. After that he'll go see Nirur Torir because should they ever enter battle, it is a good thing for the Engineering and Tactical people to have good communication.

Sounds like a full day to me.


P.S. You have to do an impressive amount of work on each of these turns.
P.P.S. I'd prefer a scenario from RPG books

So... You only have one move, is that all you want to do? Just want to be 100% sure.

Well, crap. I guess I sent a unit of swords over to the glacier. And I hope one of those two territories is conquerable. I don't know what other actions I could take other than probe some probed countries even more.

I try and use my Beasteologist magic to summon a small woodland animal to go find out what the scuffle is hand have it report back to me.
