I find that setting your blood layer's blend type to burn also helps.

Aside from reasons listed in the article, it still isn't healthy. The human body is designed to poo whilst squatting, and we are hurting our bodies when we poo on toilets. Themoreyouknow.gif.

There's this thingy you can buy that you rest your feet on effectively converting your normal western toilet into a toilet you squat over, like they have in Japan.
Or you could, y'know, use cinderblocks and improvise, like me.

So I thought I had a small roll of about five dollars in singles, then I peel off the top bill and it's three fives and a twenty.
While this, in and of itself, is always a pleasant surprise, I keep getting this feeling every so often of helplessness that I have this money I don't need, but I can't readily give it to someone who needs it more.
Damn you generous mindset, always making me feel horrible that I have this money I don't need!
