Ever since learning Japanese, I've had many incidents where I just blurt out a Japanese word instead of its English counterpart~

Apparently Steam got me a free copy of Counterstrike: Source.

It's the holiday thing~
I got it even though I already have it, so I gave it to a friend who doesn't have a copy~

Ochita linked it, along with his current one~
I just thought she looked particularly sexy in it~

It's mostly youtube subscription notices, amongst other things where I can just read the subject header and be like okay, don't need to open this~

Thinking of changing it soon, though~

Has anyone completed a portal level yet? I've found two so far (one I actually could've won due to powergaming, but the game apparently decided it didn't like that and crashed on the level-up screen), and from what I've seen they're made up of enemies of all sorts; perhaps biased a bit towards the higher end.

I ask because I'd like to know if there's anything unique in them or if they're just a means of getting more loot and experience.

I completed one once~
It was really short and easy, but I got pyromancer's gauntlets and a steel plate gorget, so yeah~
Nothing special, just nice loot~

Still trying to beat the first boss, but I think I'm pretty close :I  Let's go, Elise!

The Erise? Erise!? ERISE! when you die reminds me of Snake? Snake!? SNAAAAAAAKE!

It's a pretty balls game~
I managed to beat the first dungeon, though~
And the second dungeon is Death Mountain~~
Anyway, the trick is to dash through the path, then run around at the entrance collecting shock magic from the grass~
Once you have that, use the side area to blaze through the stairs and then just run past the skeletons in the hall~
You'll have to fight your way through the caves, and don't worry too much about using magic, because you can get more greens before and during the boss, along with others~
With the focus staff equipped, your shock magic does ~200 damage to the boss~
Then, switch to the glove, stand right in front of it and hit, dodging a bit to the side when it pounds its fists~
It'll be really weak, so it won't take too much, and you'll also knock off more magic to use~
When it charges up or jumps, jumpstep back a bunch~
You can take down the arms by targetting the crystals, but after knocking out one, it gains an eye laser attack, and I've not managed to get the second one~

tl;dr shock magic is your friend, learn to jumpstep
