I have the same problem and can say the 'Think before you say' worked for me.
It took a long time but I'm saying a lot less random words like 'O RLY' 'Awesome' and other really predictable things to say, on here and IRL

Yeah that does appear to of been the problem, I just went into the files and disabled the function that was spamming text about EXP improvments.
