DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / Small Map Request

I know alot of you get these alot and probably are annoyed but I have no luck genning any decent maps. I'm looking for something simple with just a mountain and a river and possibly magma/sand.

If It helps I'm using the mayday tileset (from the AfterActionReporter tutorial) and the orc mod.

If anyone can give me a idea on what parameters I need or should try or have a decent map that they could share I would greatly appreciate any help that you could provide.

DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / Pike Issue (New Player)

So I'm using the After action Reporter guide and map to get a grasp on this addicting game. Problem I'm Having is the place despite zoning a different spot for drinking away from the carp the dwarves flock to the pike like lemmings and then the river is stained red. I have 2 hunters with Crossbows and a couple of military dwarfs with a axe,sword,hammer and all are recruits untill I can figure out how to make a pump for them to work out on. How Do I make the Hunters go near the pike but far enough for them to shoot the damned fish?
