This is actually pretty awesome; #3 pays for having the best power set of a PC so far by being half Psycho Bitch and half Wide-Eyed Idealist. Given her creation story, though, it's hard to tell whether things went horribly wrong or horribly right (since he might've been trying to create a weapon)

She probably infiltrated the research center for purposes of espionage or mayhem, since she wasn't born there (her creator's not on good terms with the authorities; they already tried offing him, which not only failed, but turned him ino a Mad Scientist). Perhaps her creator's still alive (despite the possibility of dying to the freak lab accident/getting killed by his own creation since she woke up in psycho mode)?

I can't wait to see more of the supervillain hunting trio, too, and how they interact with the new/main PC groups. On that note, didn't you say that you needed three new PCs for the new group?

#3 was never given an actual name due to circumstances, but is easy to identify due to her appearance and the large number 3 tattooed on her left shoulder.

Though Shyton can probably recognize that she's an elf from subtler body features, Amelia does have her ears covered up, and grew up with human mannerisms.
