I just got back. Its nothing new. 7 cavities in a period of 6 months is my record.

But i got the gas again. Third time. Novacaine. Love it. The Euphoria is amazing. Hands are holding eachotehr insides out and backwards. Im on the ceiling, the dentist is telling me things and somehow without knowing, i'm doing them.

But this time it was different. Either im getting used to the high, or they cut back on it and started giving me less half way through. I started realizing things. I started thinking about writing this WHILE it was happening, this is also nothing new but still.

Waking up wasnt a good thing. I started trying to get it back by breathing more. It wasnt enough my body was rejecting it, my mind wasnt. I started flipping out. My mind started going along, 1 part wanted it 1 part wanted to wake up and beat the dentist with teh light.

The dentist stopped for a while after 3 fillings. 1 left to go. Time was becoming shorrt. I started to breathe more, yet my hands started coming undone, i flipped em around a bit, started bending my fingers backwards felling no pain. I started moving my legs around. I started thinking more of what I was going to do and how i was going to write this. It was crazy. My mind was thinking of blasting my hands and legs in all directions,jumping up and running out the door to the car.

Then he put in the last, the Euphoria was gone. only a little reminaed. I was fully aware of everything but couldnt help form smiling. when i got out i texted a shorter version of this to my friends. and called up another.

so my question here is... Novacane, harmless drug that makes you numb? Or deadly drug as bad as crack or another?

(of course you dont need to get too technical going into detail of shit about how its just a anasteshia. or whateverr and its nothing like crack, but im addicted man.and its good. So its not like crack or anything but is it really good for you?)

I've had the same mayor be re-elected since day one of mayor-ship.

its been 6 years and about 8 elections.
is this normal?

As some of you may have already seen This topic, I am making super killer hippos.

But now I want to take it to the next level. I already did a little poking around the already made Entities, but i'd like a little advanced help.

Before I make them exactly how I want them, I want to do a test run. I want to make them do everything dwarves can do. This includes be played. So I want them to be able to trade, bring caravans, build things, and etc. But I want them to be only able to embark near Rivers or lakes, where normal hippos may be found.

So what i'm asking for here, is for someone to make the file I would need to make this work. I'll then dissect it and get from it what I want, maybe eventually make a mod where you live as hippos underwater, in super awesome badass utopia's, fighting off carps with markshippo's. But watch out for those CRAB splosion's! They'll kill your FPS!

I've always tried to stay away from doing pumps and such. But i want to try it out now.



Ok so the X is the middle of a windmill.
2 spaces above it is a gear assembly. (the wiki said it will use the nearest thing to such energy.)
Then over inbetween teh walls, is a screw pump. then going right from that is a bunch of horizontal axels. then two going up.


I turned it on...and now all it did was flood, as shown above. i want to pump the water off the clif over there, and have it so that i dont need to pump it manually. Tell me how to do so please.

Well i was finishing up a few things, then i look over to my main walls.
Boom, theres like 10 bats swarming everywhere, any ideas why?

Imagine you go to a place with a giant canyon., thats about all it is. you could make one too.

THen you build in the sides of it. make it soo steep theres no way back up.
Make it so deep, no thermonuclear cat splosion could get you.

You floor off the top, lock your self in. There is no way out. There is no way in. There is nothing left for you above the ground, only below. Just...dig deeper, and farther.

Then i just came up with another idea.

a opposite of a pyramid, a pyramid that points...DOWN. you dig it out so that you go DOWN, not up.
So you enter a trap door, go through mazes after mazes, traps, and such, all the way to the tomb of the great ones, filled with all the artifacts of years past, let the goblins try. for you have tamed dragons, and Giant cave spiders, Elephants and more. They are there to guard, for no one will enter. No one will leave. The ultimate dwarven pyramid.

Ok so im using the 39z level waterfall map. And i started just right of the waterwall. so i have a nice settlement going. besides teh fact that ive lost about 20 dwarves to fish, water, and hippos...everything is going fine!

Now i set my sights toward a new frontier. THe giant square of land right above me.

Now what i must do is simple. I have already started going in. I have contructed a giant bridge and i am adding smaller bridges on to it. But down below about at zlevel 32 i have contructed a large amount of floor-based walkways. Theses walk ways are supported by only a another bridge underneath. Which has supports built on it. Now i plan to  move onto this giant square and clean it out good. Build it as my giant military base. All usless dwarves will be put in the millitary.

but thats besides the point. My main plan is a death trap. I want to build, on top of the military base, a giant pryrimid. This will take up all of the space and be surrounded by statues and such. only the outer rim of the inside will be accesable. then once reach the Point of the pyrimid, i will place a cage, and floorbars. linked to a switch. the cage will be released and then so will the prisoners. This is a way to sacrifice to Armok using a giant dwarven Death trap of epic porportions. Now im pretty sure its already been done but whatever.
