Exactly. Throwing good resources at a bad idea never helped anyone. And that anglo-centric worldview of yours is going to get you in trouble someday, forsaken1111.

[Brilliant Ideas]
I agree.

On board.

Also:

- Ask about the blue liquid.
- Inquire as to the geographic, economic, and political significances of Stonemeadow (in a very polite manner).
- Inquire to the merchants what sort of good they are looking for, and what they think their guild can supply (again, be tactful)
- Carefully ask about "Imperials," relating them to hearsay.
- Don't sell that pot of oil; we might need a grenade at some point
Quote pyramid ahoy!

Hans and Rex should look at the skeleton. We should also try to at least get the woodworking kit.
I think the South Stonemeadow offer is better than the West Bogshire offer, so if we were to accept one we should go with the South Stonemeadow mercantile guild.
This, as well as training Franz as a woodsman and having him litter the forest with traps.

So, who are we designating to trap the Hades out of the forest? Begin woodsman training on one of the peasants!

Because we, as humans, have no other framework to hang a reference point on, and assume that all other peoples think the same way we do.

We don't need nails, we just need to overlap each plank and seal it. Viking longboat style, or Chinese junk style, if you prefer.

If we use springy wood and sharpened stakes, we can make bear traps. Failing that, dig a bunch of holes a foot deep and lining each with downward-angled spikes.

Boiling down the glue can take up to a week, depending on climate, but our little guys seem to be able to bend space and time to get things done.
