DF Adventure Mode Discussion / Dwarfy scavenger hunt

While all you people are walking across the entire world and destroying it as well, I thought it would be nice to have a little break. None of these objects are especially hard to find, and they would be a nice distraction.

1. A handful of the ooze found on the bottom of the ocean. For extra challenge get one of every type.
2. A skeletal giant eagle skull.
3. A gibbed bodypart of every sapient race. For extra challenge include the semi-megabeasts and megabeasts.
4. A masterwork maul, hammer, mace, pike, spear, crossbow, axe, and sword. For extra challenge include every armor type.
5. A demon corpse.

Anybody have any more ideas?

He probably wanted plant cloth instead of silk cloth. No material hate about it.

Edit: Curse you, ninjas.

Curse you. I'll never escape from the dreaded tropes.

Oo, that looks like an interesting link...

I guess this is the closest to a help thread we're going to get, so the sticky makes sense. I retroactively second the motion!

If you want to know how to train wrestling, just get into a evil forest and move around until you;re ambushed by an undead something. Take care of everything except one, and then repeatably attack it. It can't die from strangulation, so you can do that forever.
I prefer to do it while it's still able to attack in a pool. Train swimming, shield, armor, and wrestling, all at once!
I did it to a zombie black bear once for two straight days. I got legendary +30 wrestling and named him Fred, zombie friend of Sysice.

I think everybody else has covered everything else but that. Have fun, and remember: the power to gouge and break is too great to use for anything but pure EVIL!!!

Now do it with a large world.  :P
I think it makes it even more awesome that the game has an actual name for a period of time in which no sentient being walked the earth. It makes you think about how much Toady knew about the community when he came up with that bright idea... namely that almost everybody will be trying to bring it about.

You need to go in-depth on the professions dwarves have. Soap maker and the like.

Awesome writing, by the way!

I hate being annoying about pronunciation, so I'll just say this: close enough.

I actually really like this one better than the other ones, mostly because Scamps played a much larger part. It's a little hard to listen to two hours of constant conversation, but his appearances help break it up.
