I DON'T use Dwarf Therapist, I just remember my favorites of each job and give new/more jobs to any idiot that says they have "no job". ;)

We have an extra pick and you have no job?  You do now. Get to mining.
And so on.

I don't really give a rodent's donkey about quality. MWAHAHAHA!
