"My liege, here be the summaries." The advisor unrolls the Scrolls of Kingdom Status on your table.

He coughs into his hand.

A) "Fine, let's raise the taxes for a year."
B) "All is fine in da Kingom, what ya koffin' at?"

"Fine." You then nod at your guards and they leave. The envoy looks at you for a while and begins pacing about.

"The Senate is pleased with the death of Wrexus Magnibus. Already his faction at the Senate is fracturing and this shall give the Moderati and the Goldkeepers a lead in the politics. You have done well to ensure the stability of our treasury. There had been casualties on your side, of course, but the Senate believes that few thousand dead is well worth the peace between our nations and the reward I'm here to give you and your people."

"And what would that be?"

"For once, we tired of the splintered politics of the fractured north, therefore the Senate will turn its eyes away for a while. Several years, even. We also grant you the eastern borderlands of the Chunug tribe - hopefully a good compensation for the lives of your soldiers."

"And what about the horse riders? Did they agree to this?"

"Well, like I said. The Senate won't be looking in your general direction for a while. And even a nation as powerful as our glorious Republic cannot keep watch over every of our allies. But here's a warning from me, a good word, really - just because we do not keep our eyes open at the North, doesn't mean our ears are deaf. One step into Province of Lametania, and your peoples shall regret it forever. There, I have spoken." He salutes you with his left fist.

"May Damed bless you with children and prosperity, Feodh of Luathbas." He turns around and leaves.

At a meeting with your commanders next morning, you decide to conclude the campaign.

As your entourage enters the capital city, the peasants gather to celebrate your victory. Maidens toss flowers at the heads of your commanders while simple men cheer and praise your name and the name of Houlandine Dynasty! After all, you have repelled an attack of the huge and militaristic Damdamians, further proving the strength of Luathbas.


After the most of autumn being peaceful, the winter strikes fast and hard with early snowfall and bitter blizzards. The people suffer as the snow impedes trade across most of the Luathbas sans southern lands. Governors of the north plead for food and money so they might perservere through this harsh winter.

A) And perservere they shall! With their iron will and inner resilience, that's it, as you shall spend no coins for now.
B) The wailing of my people softens my heart. I shall go, and bully the Treasurer for money once again!

"Ah, so when do we start fighting?"


"...y'know, I really wanna start fighting."

The envoy is brought into your tent. Your four personal guards stare at him intensely as he salutes. You aren't entirely sure but he looks like the same one that brought you the deal few years ago.

"Greetings, Feodh, King of Luathbas." Nah, the voice is completely different. "I have come to speak with you on behalf of the Damdamian Senate, therefore, we shall talk in private and alone." The guards glare at him, then glance at you.

A) "Fine."
B) "No way."

I'll probably at least check the OOC thread and contemplate putting a character sheet together.
