You talk with one of Raellia's maids and give her some coinage to tell you of her activities last Summer.
She mentions that during your absence she had invited Baron Agwendyn, her cousin from father's side, to your Palace. He spent few days here and then left.
The maid doesn't know more about this.
A) AHA! Clearly they were rumping in your bed when you were gone! TO THE DUNGEON WITH YOUR WIFE!! And send soldiers to capture Agwendyn as well!
B) Just because he was visiting doesn't mean they're having an affair. Let's just stop with this ridiculous witch hunt.
C) Ask Stjolf if he knows any bawdy tales about a Queen and her lover that was also her cousin.

Your wife gives birth to another boy! She names him 'Halgan'.
One afternoon when you're sipping some wine and reading an old comedy, a sudden realization strikes you.
Your dearest wife have given birth this Spring.
Pregnancies usually last 9 months, so the child was conceived about Summer last year...
...and you were in Tven back then.
A) This cannot be! Am I not Halgan's father? I must find out the truth!
B) Maybe it was just a slightly longer pregnancy than usual...
