When a player becomes active, new armies are raised for him/her at the Capital and any Training Ground he/she has, provided they haven't reached Max.Army limit yet.

Technically, a descriptive order of a 'global' Turn is:

1. Posting of History Book and update of Status table, and Map, and Diplomatic Charts
(1b. Also NPC Empire moves now, in regular games that's it)
2. Player A is active:
2a. Player A declares war
2b. Player A casts spells
2c. Player A moves armies
2cx. Battles of Player A armies against others are resolved
2d. Player A does other stuff and spends several weeks or so on diplomacy with others.
3. Player A's turn ends, Status Table and Map is updated
(repeat 2 to 3 for all players)
X. Turn ends, go to 1.

With the coming of the end of the winter of the year 999, many powers are preparing themselves to begin the race for dominance and powers.

For example, diplomatic pacts and treaties should be reviewed and formed, not to mention that forces should be deployed in strategic positions just in case.

@AbstractTraitorHero: The color you have choosen is too close to neutral grounds green so I gave your nation bright green instead.

You also have to pick 1 Racial Perk; you need to spend 1 nation trait point if you want 2. You can't have all 3 at once.

Is combat rolled over and over until one side is completely destroyed?

Edit: Also how is it decided where the extra starting provinces are?

Combat is rolled till all attacker armies are destroyed, routed or are victorious in seizing the province.

I place the extra provinces on two simple rules: to 'encircle' the capital if possible, then slowly build second layer of provinces around it; and to try and ensure that no capital touches someone else's border land (as a prevention against one-turn-KO's)
