Richard Bartholomew Puddington got in trouble with the Chaotic Evil Consortium of Legal Con-Men and that means he needs to get off the world but no one wants to have him on their decks for obvious mafia-related reasons.... The moment he hears a rumor about some poor saps needed extra money to buy their ship, he shows up and tips his bowler hat:

"It came to my attention that you need extra investor."

Okay so Lian was out of spot and that let bosses smush Chalco, and das is bad according to some :v

So I'm giving you two choices:

A) All the turn happened as happened but Chalco recovers all of lost HP (lazy/quick fix)
B) Somewhere on Sunday/Monday I rework whole turn (long fix with all attack re-rolls)

Discussss :V

Yet another moment of the lengthy fighting brought more death and destruction!

Just after Sir Elias roused his men with a speech about peaches and witches, Fron Fronadad assaulted Brutus the Brutalizer. The might battleaxe swinging at his face was the last thing that Brutus saw before the cleaving edge chopped his face in twain!

Broseph Baker, in the meanwhile, became the living shield of Cap Ten, who pulled his bowstring and then launched an arrow at Betarous. Alas, a gust of wind sent the arrow way off the course.

Shortly later Inaluct I tried to smash the face of The Second William, but the gentle bap on the head with the flail caused nothing more than a small abrasion and dark purple bruise.

Randall set his sights at Cap Ten and was promptly stopped by Broseph Baker. Randall tried his best to bring him down, alas the speed and positioning and the shielf of Broseph made for almost impenetrable defensive wall.

'I'm gonna beat you up!' Said Rob the Baby to Betarous and he did - within few moments, he caused so many cuts with his little hatchet that Betarous felt standing at the edge of the afterlife, his body bleeding through the open cuts.

Meanwhile, The Second William felt that his bruise penetrated into his ego and he was going to make Inaluct I pay for this. A short exchange of blocks and parries later, The Second William struck with his enchanted spear through Inaluct's abdomen, his chainmail not protecting him too well.

Team A continues to fight Offensively!
Team B is at a slight numerical disadvantage!

Nah you can convoy as long as the fleet is in the region during the convoying ;v It can transport and move, or move first and then transport, works either way.

The group left Hydro-G which had its door close up and seal itself after Margaret beeped in its direction.

"Now let's go meet with those friends of yours!" Clunk clunk clunk...

....Meanwhile, few bandits roamed the outskirts of the village that was resting under the House of Scholar's hill...

"Boss! Da village is abandoned. Them killers must've left with that villagers... A big, muscular man, no doubt the leader of the bandits, grunted.

"Blaaaaah. First my little boys get killed by some thugs hired by the villagers, now ya tellin' me they gone!? Search for tracks or somethin', I ain't gonna leave this like dat!"

Meeeeeanwhile.

Ethan stopped in his tracks, with Prata bumping against his head and making out a scared 'gnrrrrl'.

"Oh I think there are some bandits crawling about." Ethan was a master of spotting people - especially that one on a dune nearby.

"Amberly, I thought we dealt with bandits living near your monastery the last time we were here?" Ethan nonetheless prepared his axes for some cuttin'.

"So what's for dinner today?"
"One of the cooks made horsemeat stew, heard 's pretty good..."

Sure sounds delicious.

"The sand thickness is not adequate further on. I don't want Hydro-G to accidentally cause earthquakes."

WWWWWWFFFFOOOOOOOOWWSSSHHH! Was the general sound of the machine as it suddenly departed.

A short while later the island was but a faint shape on the horizon behind the alien vessel...

~~Chapter 9A: Home Sweet Home~~

Upon the conversation with Abbess, the party decided to have a quick two-day trip to House of Scholars...

...BWWOOOOOSSSHFFRPPLrlrlpfffff was the sound that Hydro-G made when Margaret parked it in middle of a desert, after announcing that the vessel is perfectly capable of traversing on sand.

"We're approximately one kilometer south-east from House of Scholars! All that's left is a little trek through the desert between us and them!" Margaret pushed on the main door of the vessel and it gave way with a hiss, allowing the hot air and the shine of golden sand assault the travelers so used to salty sea air.
