Okay so I forgot to post the who-when-where pre-plot I have written so far:
Prologue: NPC Prince + 3 PC retainers
Chapter 1: single woodsman/traveler/vagabond PC (so bandit, fighter but also archer and alchemist could fit in nicely)
Chapter 2: NPC Mercenary leader + 3 PC mercs
That gives us6 7 player slots total so far. There will be (possibly) more later after Chapter 2 and important plot choices get resolved v;
