Before classes listing there is a table of example conditionals/effects for these, and some people make custom ones in similar vein. Do note that too strong Skills and too weak Fault might cause the GM to grumble

Possible reasons include:

It is not possible to restore the file. Please contact the uploader and ask them to upload the file again.
It could be China's internet though. Can't access mediafire, either.
1.2 handbook is hosted on my sendspace and people just use my link. It might have expired, imma check I swear I re-uploaded it lately.

Ye like they said. There's a big sheet of all Fire Emblem 6/7/8 portraits and we just frankenstein them into new ones.
And then you have the crazy ones like freeformschooler and F.O.E who make half of them from scratch or something. Or they're just that good at frankensteining I dunno v;
