Like in the Asia Minor, so did French countryside become staging areas for republican soldiers, while a new university of St.Agustine was opened for the young and bright.

Holy Roman Empire:

Armies of Emperor Leopold IV disperse in northern territories. Meanwhile, in Greece, the Corintihan Yards are rebuilt, while the University of Amsterdam is inaugurated in the same day.

By the imperial edict, scholars and scientisits begin work on chemistry topics.

Holy Roman Empire is wondering if Hanseatic Republic, torch-bearer of sciences, would like to share their knowledge via Research Treaty.
