Armies of loyalist republicans went to pacify the revolutionaries. The rebels put up a fierce fighting, inflicting great losses upon the Loyalists, but in the end, Catan Republic was made whole again.
Fortifications were built in provinces adjacent to the capital while a new university was opened in the north.
Kingdom of Radman:
Forces of the Radman VI swept into the occupied territory, and utterly squashed the invading armies whilst suffering only minimal casualties.
Afterwards, a new military HQ was built east of the capital, while one of the border provinces was fortified.

So I just finished re-reading thirty or so latest pages of IC thread in search of possible support relationships building/ranking up. T'was lots to read. After this map, I'm considering the following:

With a bit more effort (maybe even after next chapter?), these are also possible:

But at least Zeus has scenario makers aplenty
