« on: December 31, 2014, 04:09:41 pm »So we can be completely screwed over by that random chance if we're keeping an army in place at a chokehold, and the only way we might be able to get around it is to instead throw a different unit as a suicide squad at an enemy army if we foresee having our max army cap reduced?
Don't lose territories so your max army cap won't go below your army limit? Not to mention that losing territories mostly involves getting some of your own armies wrecked, thus putting your army size back under the limit
