The resources there are currently not effectivelly utilized, and we believe that a medium to long term adminstration change could be very beneficial to the war effort. (3 extra armies immediatly available).
The State of Prussia would like to point that territories of Switzerland and Luxembourg are Germanic by culture and the tradition, therefore, Prussia is putting down a claim on these lands and will seize them no matter their current owner.
