Meanwhile, 'PEACE OPERATION' begun on a terrible note.
In the light of current events, Middelheim Republic demands that Wijayot armies cease all hostilities toward the Republic lest the lands of UDPRW end up conquered.
Podgorica:
The oldest monarchy built academies and fortifications and spread its army to ensure that all of their territories will be adequately protected. Just in case.
Middelheim Republic:
Railroads and an Academy were constructed; and one Republican army went as far as to seize Etrosaean province, currently crippled by Typhus outbreak. However, Province #47 wasn't left defenseless as troops from the Capital moved into it.
Middelheim is also hoping for Kralt republic to sign a non-aggression pact. Or even better, join the alliance and invade Etrosaea through the land connection at the northern channel.
Kralt is also advised that any conquest of Middelheim territories will destroy any chances of peaceful co-existence between the two Republican nations.
Mirera:
An academy was constructed in the other province. Otherwise, life goes peacefully on.
Astmalmo:
With borders secured, and the war in the west seemingly far from Astmalmo, academies were built.
Few days later, the Non-Agression proposal from Kralt was accepted by Astmalmo.

If by this you mean 'can I launch my forces from away if there's railrods in enemy province I want to attack' the answer is yes. This is gonna specifically change in next version (first you move to the border, and next turn you can attack).
The second question is just like Harb explained, albeit in next version you will be able to demolish PI's using PI/turn limit. Or something :v

From the north, Etrosaean armies came to seize one of Harbakhstan's provinces.
On the same day, Mirera and Podgorica announced their 'neutrality stance' toward the conflict - they won't fight for either side. Also, Podgorica revealed peace treaty with Etrosaea while Mirera revealed an alliance of friendship with the monarchy of Lototzka.

At the sound of the whistle, during rather cold Whitday morning, Vatrinascht armies rushed to liberate their countrymen in Province #7.
The fights lasted for a week, with the soldiers dying by thousands on both sides. But in the end, numerical difference spelled doom onto Harbakhstans, and they were defeated. Province #7 was back in the hands of Vastrinascht!
Immediatelly afterwards, fortifications were erected to protect the land from future invasions.
