With screech that was heard down the corridors, he tumbled to the ground and the flames dissappeared abruptly - leaving behind a pile of ash, remnants of few ribs and jaw-less skull. It looked as if someone dumped centuries-old remains on the floor.
Tantallos and Dag could easily notice something peculiar: there was a load of sparkly dust mixed with the ashes, including few nail-sized pieces. The colors well all over the spectrum, from dark blue to bright yellow.

Can I lower the class default stats

No you can't. You have 4 points that you can add to the stats (max 2 per stat), no other modifications possible.

Do I need to repost Cabel's stats?

With adjusted bio like Dwarmin did

Progressions means that when you level up, there's % chance said skill goes up.

You have 330% to allocate amongst the stats (except CON/AID and MOV). Minimum progression in HP needs to be 40% and maximum is 100%; all other stats can be as low as 0%, and their maximum can be 70%.
