The bishie bishop would decide that it is time to stop looking for Dragonstones and just go assault Prixima before the situation goes even worse.
The road would take you guys through the county of his fire-head cousin, Theresa who suspiciously had the same hair color as certain merchant girl. Le gasp, you missed backstory time!
Your arrival would coincide with a birthday party of said countess but the party would be crashed by Ernest and Arvis and hired mercenaries.
Was it good? You have to decide for yourselves; there would be less enemies, but all of them would have killer-type weapons. On other hand, you would get much more treasure there (after all, you would be in a castle with chests full of birthday gifts
)That would be Ch.9A.
After that, Mannan would head for the border as he had obtained a passage from a friendly count from Menelea who is Mannan's old friend. But as you guys would get there, you would find out that certain ambitious loyal retainer had a crush for the count's wife, so he killed the count, seized the castle (along with the countess) and then to get friendly with his neighbour - Prixima - he would try to stop you with the count's army and extra mercenaries.
Amongst which would be Matilda and her horsemen and the count's army would also have a supplement of Menelean soldiers, led by, surprise surprise, Wodan the crazy knight. The castle would be re-taken from inside in by count's son and captain of the guard in one person and his loyal soldiers, but you still would have to mow most of the rebel army anyways.
That's where Ch.10A would end, and then you would go to Fezzan for reasons I cannot reveal.
