As for Shieldmaster, dunno. They kinda forego +1dmg for +1 parry because they don't grab (weapon)master. Parry bonus is capped at +4 anyways, so a lucky shot (6 vs 1) can still one-hit them.

Shieldmaster: Gives full Parry bonus from a Shield even when Player is attacking/idling, excludes Buckler from Shield roll. Only for Fighter-class.

Hmm, you still have to hit with DM, but you have a point.

Now it removes only 3MP.

Nope, they are randomized. Unless you get a roll of 5 or 6, then everyone under your command piles on the target
