Amongst hundreds of corpses, fresh warriors still fight.
Aria Lantra swung her hatchet at ludvig, and he parried the blow. She swung her hatchet again, and his plate armor absorbed the blow. With ferocity, Aria swung at her enemy for the third time, and this time, the sharp edge went through a joint of the armor, and cut into commander's body, making his blood flow outside.
On the side, Genericus assaulted Arkai, but the young swordman withstood the attack, either parrying or dodging the powerful, but clumsy, attacks.
After a moment, Tim had to defend himself against Ludvig, who rushed at him with the mighty blade. Alas, the spearmaster ultimately fell down after Ludvig's blade slashed across his chest.
Axe the Zombie's Zombie rushed at Ludvig to avenge his comrade, however, he had to quickly change his tactic - Ludvig, seemingly in killer frenzy, began assaulting his foe so ferociously that Axe had no other option than fall into defensive, or die.
In the same time, Arkai attacked Genericus Maximus. This duel would end without bloodshed, if not a surprising slice of Arkai's sword, which struck from below at Genericus' abdomen, spilling his blood.
A group of unnamed mooks from Ataraxian Army suddenly yelled and began retreating toward the main bulk of the army. Behind, they left a young, pale lady, who was grinning creepily at them.
Erusiah and Gobluck the Slightly More Wounded than Before reinforce Side A!
Side A is at slight disadvantage, same goes for Side B!

The battle continues, while the sun, seemingly bored with the slaughter, slowly goes towar horizon.
"Kill! Maim! Destroy!" Shouted Aethelwiff in some frenzy. Genericus caught on the idea and went into melee with renewed hope and strength.
Aria Lantra met with Gragrar Jynson in combat. Said combat ended without any productive bloodshed nor even scratches. Again.
Aethelwiff locked blades with Gobluck. Their match was like Aria's and Gragrar's, albeit Gobluck's sword managed to hit Aethelwiff, slicing across his armor with the blade's tip. Luckily, the cut wasn't deep enough to even scratch him.
Reudh, seeing his goblin comrade assaulted, decided to defend himself even more.
Next, Gobluck had to fight with Genericus Maximus. His large blade swished and sliced the air around the goblin lady who skillfully evaded the blows. What she didn't see coming was a simple jab at her; she cross-eyed when Genericus' blade stabbed at her nose, killing her almost instantly.
Ludvig decided to punish Aethelwiff for inflicting such grevious losses in his team. With a yell and charge, he smashed the puny swordsman onto the ground and then drove the large blade right through his heart, pinning him to the muddy dirt until he stopped twitching and writhing in death spasms.
In the meanwhile, Genericus fought against Gragrar. The latter had some bad luck and tripped; Genericus quickly seized the moment and beheaded the unlucky swordsman.
While Arkai assumed a defensive position, his friend, Reudh, skillfully defended himself against the furious attacks of Axe the Zombie's Zombie.
Alas! He didn't see the entry of the Tim XVIII, who quickly ran to his enemy, stabbed at Reudh's back, then neck, then head, putting him to death rather quickly and easily.
Then Aria had a strange feeling to look behind, and to look up. Her eyes saw a cloud of arrows, reaching the zenith of their arc and then coming down toward her, her companions, and the enemies who fought nearby. There was no time to yell and warn others; the moemnt she raised her shield, an arrow struck it and almost pierced the wood, the tip actully came through and was pointing right at Aria's chest.
However, the attack seemed to be rather badly planned; arrows were sticking in soldiers of the both sides, killing few instantly. Such burly, large men like Genericus, Ludvig and Tim got arrows in less threatening spots. Ultimately, only few died from the potentially deadly arrow strike. Someone with keen eyes could see that on the hill, Baron Bullenberg was in rage, scolding his officer.
